Month update
I've been using this company for a month now! Placed my second order last week. My test subject is down 10lbs with minimal side effects. The worse side effect has been constipation 🤣. Other than that, the side effects that have shown have been gone in a couple days. (Slight nausea, runny nose-yes it's a common thing with glp-1s, and slight stomach pains from trapped gas.) Constipation and gas equals stomach pains at times. Subject took some laxative, increased fluid intake and stomach pains ceased. Will keep updating my subjects journey in another month. Hyte Research is a great company.

This customer did not reach out to us at all before posting their review. After we got the review, we reached out to the customer via email, and they admitted that they had put in the wrong address when ordering from our website. The package ended up getting returned to our warehouse. Since the initial contact, we have tried to contact this customer repeatedly to get the correct address, but the customer has not responded. We have offered to reship this item for free, but the customer will not return any emails and did not leave a phone number associated with the order. We have officially exhausted all of our options for remediating the situation. It is our hope that this customer will see this updated reply and respond to our emails with a correct address, so that we can move forward.
