Ordered two t-shirts to the UK on 27 June. Didn't hear anything for two weeks so reached out to customer services to be told there was an unexpected delay. Products eventually shipped 28 July. Expected delivery 14-16 August. Summer in the UK will be over by then! I have never waited longer than three weeks to receive something from the USA, so what on earth is going on?

Hypland, I like your stuff and would consider purchasing more, but two months to receive a purchase is completely unacceptable. I will amend this review if and when I can see that the quality of the products is up to scratch, but until then, this experience has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. You guys need to sort out your fulfilment and international shipping.

I ordered shirts from them a month ago and my order hasn’t shipped. They stated it would take 12-14 business days so it’s been longer than that. Now they’re telling me it will ship the 21st.. Ridiculous the website says 10 business days at most. Slowest shipping EVER I might as well have shopped somewhere else. They will not ship the items they have ready for me because they’re so cheap and want to ship everything together.

Real impressed with CS for amending a cart that had an expired coupon for me within about 12 hours.

That made me actually buy the single shirt I wanted, as I was on the fence before. It's the kind of merch I imagined wearing as a kid in the early 00s, kind of techy and indicative of a future we never got.

My only minor complaint is shipping is kind of costly for a single shirt - I def get charging 40$ to ship a rug -- but I've spent more on other shirts, so it's just me being cheap.

I have been following this company since they used to sell $10 global hypland t shirts this brand has grown into a global household name never have I ever been disappointed with a product from this brand pieces I bought 5+ years are still around today with little to no actual damage to the pieces asides from stains the quality is beyond amazing the creativity is on another level overall this is my favorite brand

Truly have never had a bad experience ordering from Hypland. I'm about 10 hoodies and 10 shirts deep from Hypland - all have great quality (materials feel premium, logos/graphics don't fade, etc.). I always get compliments from people whether they watch anime or not because the designs are so fire. I've copped from almost all of there recent drops and throughout the last 2 years I've been shopping with them - the shipping has gotten quicker and quicker. They also have a great Discord community where I can tell they care about their consumers. My favorite brand by far!

They are always helpful when i need assistance with an order, and i always get my order in a timely manner.

I love this brand because I can wear my anime pieces in a trendy way. From shirts to hoodies to bags, Hypland does it all and executes it well. Whenever I have a shipping issue the problem is resolved quickly. Thank you Hypland! Keep it up!

Love all hypeland gear the ordering process is easy and they responded quick if there are any issue. I literally have one problem tho... I need them to understand that not all anime fans wear a 3XL or less just saying and pants sizes are way off. Just remember the biggies please we wear 4XL and 5XL too

Been ordering with them for awhile very nice merchandise especially the non loud varieties (like if you know the merch you know it. Not everything has to be obvious)

Excellent clothes quality and dope designs, definitely worth the money especially if you’re looking for something you can’t find in Hot Topic. Plus the material holds up excellent in the wash.

Ordering was very easy. I love the layout of their site. They were very helpful and efficient in making an edit to my shipping order when I made a mistake, and were prompt to respond when I was unsure of where my package was.

Hypland is my GO TO for anime merch! I have purchased several items over the years, and I love ‘em all. My faves are definitely the chenille hoodies (so cozy 🤤) and the new handbags they came out with! The sweatpants are also super comfy. One thing I’ll say is they don’t necessarily offer “womens” cuts, so keep that in mind. But I like the baggy fit! I’ll even size up on shirts/sweatshirts for the oversized look. Like I said, love all the stuff I’ve gotten from them and will continue to purchase in the future. Speaking of which, Hypland, please come back with the Shikamaru chenille hoodie, I need that in my life, and didn’t get a chance to purchase before 🥺
