Efficient and straightforward to deal with. More importantly a very well maintained and quality hot tub hire. Just what we needed the week before Christmas.

I can’t recommend Hyperion too highly; a great service and a really lovely experience and product. Terry is extremely professional, friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend Terry & Hyperion Hot Tubs. The whole experience from booking to delivery was easy & professional. I was a bit daunted by the maintenance side of things with keeping the chemicals topped up etc but Terry did an amazing job of explaining it all and it was much easier than I thought it would be. We had the Orbis and it was perfect for our family of 4, we loved the lights and jet features. Can’t wait to have it again some time :-)

We can heartily recommend Hyperion Hot Tubs run by the lovely Terry. It was a whole new experience for us and we were a bit anxious about what would be involved. But we did not have to do a thing, other than enjoy ourselves. Terry was so helpful, efficient and friendly. He made it so easy. The hot tub was high quality and Terry was able to give expert advice on which type to choose. He managed to cheerfully manoeuvre the hot tub through our gate (not an easy task as it was on a narrow corner) and then we sat and relaxed while he set the whole thing up. A great experience.

Fantastic service. Terry really looked after me and changed the days of hire to correspond with my wedding anniversary. The tub was delivered at the time stated and was beautifully clean. Instructions were given and left for keeping the tub clean which were easy to understand and follow. We couldn't have a holiday this year (for obvious reasons) so the importance of this staycation was huge for us. The hot tub really made another weekend locked down at home one to remember. Thanks again for the fantastic service.

Easy, professional and enjoyable service from booking to pick up! Emails were answered really efficiently and Terry was very helpful in getting a time that fit in with us for dropping the Hot Tub off, which was greatly appreciated! Everything was explained to us thoroughly but comes with a easy read handy guide incase we forgot anything! Great experience with Hyperion Hot Tubs would highly recommend! 😊

I ordered the Quatro spa for my husbands birthday, I made a huge mistake and asked for it to be delivered on his actual birthday and not the day before (takes a day to heat up) spoke to Terry and he honestly couldn’t be more helpful, he saved the day and delivered to me within a couple of hours.
He set up in such a ‘COVID safe’ way. He cleans the tubs on collection from you but we then saw him clean it again when he set up here.
The Quatro is absolutely amazing, so much so we extended for another week.
Cannot recommend Terry and Hyperion highly enough, super friendly, amazing hot tub and getting ready to book it again.

We loved our hot tub and Terry was so helpful. The hot tub arrived promptly, was set up in no time and all the clear instructions and kit that came with the tub made it very easy to run. We will definitely be using Hyperion Hot Tubs again and would recommend the company to anyone looking for hot tub hire.

I hired the Quatro tub for a whole week to celebrate two birthdays in the house. Not being able to arrange parties at the moment with loads of children meant being more creative! We weren't disappointed with our choice! Right form the start of my enquiry, I was met with helpful and expert knowledge which was really great as I had never hired one before. I was worried about the access to our property and Hyperion even came out to do a pre-visit to check the access, putting my mind at rest. I highly recommend this friendly company and will definitely be using them again. The tub was excellent quality and after an informative explanation, I was able to balance the water levels with confidence too!

We hired the Swift hot tub for a week in July and it was great. My girls loved it and so did I! Terry is lovely and gives great instructions on how to keep the water clean. It was set up quickly and he keeps you up to date on when he will arrive for drop off and collection. The Swift fit 4 adults in comfortably and as there are no seats in them, it was perfect for my two girls (8 & 10) to swim around in. We had a great week and felt it was good value for money. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant.
We hired the Orbis hot tub for two weeks.
Our sons were visiting with there families. We did not feel confident about going to the beach at the moment, so hired the hot tub with the intention of keeping the grandchildren entertained.
They were over the moon. Everyone, young and old had a fabulous time.
We would throughly recommend Hyperion . Great company.
Terry was so helpful. The delivery, setup an collection could not have gone smoother. He gives you full instructions and all the equipment you need to keep the water filtered and clean.
Will definitely use Hyperion again.

We hired a hot tub from Hyperion Hot Tubs in July for a week.
We received very clear and simple instructions and were impressed with the delivery and set up of the hot tub. All information and instructions were explained and left in the form of a manual along with chemicals to treat the water in the tub.
All in all we had an extremely good experience and would definitely recommend them.
We are booking one again for next year!!

The quality of the hot tub and service from Hyperion is perfect! From the delivery of the hot tub through to the safety aspect, the attention to detail was thorough. We had such a good time hiring it for a week that we booked again straight away! I would definitely recommend Terry and his team.

We hired the 7 seater Quatro for the week and it was fantastic! Terry was brilliant when I needed to alter my dates and collection and delivery was super smooth and efficient. I would recommend Hyperion to anyone- especially because of the quality of the hard shell rather than an inflatable so it was the only one of its kind that I could find.

A absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end! Cannot speak highly enough of the service from the first order contact, to the collection of the Hottub we hired for celebrating our daughter’s birthday! They were extremely helpful, efficient and delightful to do business with! Highly recommended indeed! They deserve every success with their business!

I booked the hot tub for a small reunion. Terry, the owner, was very helpful on the phone when I had a few questions and talked me through all options. When it arrived it was set up quickly and efficiently and everything was explained about keeping the tub clean and safe for guests. It was an easy experience and I'll probably do it again next year. Everyone loved the tub and the lights, it was a fun couple of days.
