Very poor services and servers, they were very good but in the last 6 months they become very bad, every day or couple of days we must see 502 error or seeing the sites can't load well or down, and the tech support check and fix it and everytime they back to us with a different reason and promising to fix this, but nothing happen and we see the errors again and again.
in the end they told get a VPS/VDS if you don't want to see errors!
So the normal thing in theri normal hosting is to see 502 errors and your sites go down for some minutes every day or every couple of days!

We're placed the Python (Flask) website and corporate on hyperhost.ua. We took the basic tariff with cPanel. Everything works without complaints, it is easy to configure. The wiki covers the main issues that arise during operation.

I was surpriced with the relatively good prices of the services and got vps service for a month to test out, it is fast and has everything needed whcih bigger players are providing. I would definitely recommend to use it.

Usual web interface choices with option to work from command line if that's your preference.

For a few, self-centred and/or isolated individuals these people may be uncomfortable with use/option of several languages including Ukrainian, Russian & English. The default language can be Russian and I found it easy to change to my first language.

I had some different needs from the standard customer and found communicating in English to be no problem.

The pre-sales questions were answered quickly and properly. Both unusual nowadays! A pleasant surprise.

Tech support was equally fast and accurate. A joy to experience.

HyperHost is the only shared hosting company I can recommend based on my 30+ years working with shared hosting, VPSs and dedicated servers.

I will consider HyperHost for any future VPS or dedicated server needs in future.

Support not particularly helpful and quite abrupt, but this may be due to language.
Not able to fulfil my requirements after me paying for 3 months subscription.
In short, waste of time.

I am an experienced webmaster, but I am not a programmer by profession. Getting the account set up and the website running was easy. Texting in English, HyperHost tech support solved problems almost as fast as I could describe them. I'm very glad I chose HyperHost for the Ukraine branch of my business.

A year ago we bought a vds from hyperhost for a prestashop site with over 65000 products. Our site was much faster than in our previous hosting provider, they helped us to migrate it into their servers and they were very helpful every time we needed help. Now we have over 72000 products and as we tested hyperhost for a year we dicided that it is time for a dedicated server (H3.1_nl1). So we are using the server for 2 weeks now. Our site is extremely fast , the migration from vds to dedicated server was a piece of cake as the tech team did it for us. We had no downtime and so far everything seems great.
