Honestly my favorite part is the 24/7 customer service, when I had an issue I reached out and I received a response and had it resolved within an hour. Love this team!!! For sure recommend!

Servers is shiteee the speeds is slower than was promise and my server windows wasnt even activated i was told to pay $20 to get a key so i could activate it and if you want to cancel the service you have to open a ticket when every other service has a cancel button which i still havent had anyone to answer my ticket stay clear from these guys they should change the name from Hype servers to NO HYPE SERVERS i would give them 0 stars if i could

Had an issue with them in my list not working on the sites promised. They would not refund. I dont reccommend HYPE as unlike other providers, even though Target was stated on their site to work, they will not refund me.

Refunds indicate good faith only. I hope your tech support employee has good manners. I hope you review the ticket so you know what I mean. So as long as there was a misunderstanding and the money was returned I give 4, and the reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the employee whose behavior was bad in responding to inquiries. These guys are one of a kind support. We have a quite complex project - we're working with 3 guys and always need to do quite some testing with proxy ranges.
