WARNING: Fake 5-Star Reviews, Extortion Tactics, and a Useless "Lifetime" Guarantee!
In December 2025, I paid around 2,600 TL for their "Lifetime Spoofer". However, their definition of "lifetime" is a complete scam. After my account was banned and I had to format my PC, the spoofer completely stopped working.
When I reached out to support—which took 3 to 4 days to reply, unlike their pre-sales team that answers in an hour—they completely shifted the blame onto me. They claimed I needed to keep a "LOG" file, pointing to a single sentence hidden in a massive wall of text. Yet, in their own instructional video, keeping this log is only mentioned as a "recommendation," not a strict condition for the lifetime warranty. They use this cheap excuse to invalidate your license and try to force you to buy a new one.
But here is the worst part—and the real reason they have 5-star reviews:
After I posted a public complaint about this unfair treatment, their team contacted me directly via WhatsApp. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, they literally tried to blackmail me. The support representative explicitly told me: "Delete your complaint and give us a 5-star review FIRST, and then we will give you a new license."
I politely asked them to restore my license first, stating that I would gladly remove my complaint once the issue was resolved, as I couldn't trust them not to abandon me after I deleted it. Their response? They coldly stated that this extortion was their "standard procedure" and dismissed me with a "suit yourself" when I refused to be manipulated.
This company artificially inflates its ratings by holding customer support and paid licenses hostage in exchange for 5-star reviews. They do not stand behind their "lifetime" promise and have absolutely zero business ethics. I have the entire WhatsApp conversation screenshot to prove their "procedure." Do yourself a favor and stay away from this unethical company!
