I wish I could remember the name of the associate that helped me.....Jackson, maybe? He was very nice and helpful. I had a weird situation and he was able to confidently handle it every step of the way. I had never heard of HVAC Place until this order and I'm very impressed. Sometimes supply houses are hard to deal with and those answering phones sound like they hate their jobs. Not the case with Jackson, very friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping me!!

Someone got the address wrong, also spelled my last name wrong. Was marked as undeliverable, bad address. Luckily my regular driver who had switched routes was asked about package and dropped it off to me. People need to pay attention!

Ordering was a smooth process. When I contacted them to make sure shipping was expedited, they answered promptly and were helpful.
Delivery happened on time and equipment in apparent good shape.

I received the compressor faster than another company. The only issue is I received the tracking info the day the item was to arrive.

I ordered a part for a customer back on the 16th of July. And paid for expedited shipping on top. Haven't seen nor heard from you folks on what's the hold up. I'm sure my customer is not very happy either

My experience with the HVAC plHVAC place was excellent speaking with Joseph and Jackson . they were very helpful with everything over and beyond making sure what I ordered was ready to go secured safe package correctly and was on time. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. I will use them again. I’m already having some other customers of mine that are going to use them so if you read this and you’re not sure what to do, you can trust these men they know what they’re doing and their product is excellent so once again, thank you for helping me out with my AC units.

One prompt saying call be recorded, then it rings and THEY ANSWER! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Helped my pick out my unit. Received damaged (not their fault) and they shipped new unit IMMEDIATELY instead of waiting for the insurance claim to filed. Talk to them, talk to the owners!
