Love everything about having them as my insurance company. Got my guarantor insurance through them. I truly like their mission of helping everyone get access to a comfortable home. Haven’t had to claim anything yet, will update review if something goes wrong.

I was in the UK for an extended stay and needed to rent - and I needed a guarantor. I was ready for it to be awful but Husmus made the experience so much easier and not that expensive - 30 pounds a month! I applied online and the next day I was ready to go. The chatbot even made moving out easier - no endless phone tag with a landlord. Thank you for making the UK renting experience better!

I used Husmus as my guarantor when I moved to the UK, smooth experience. I thought the app was quite efficient, did not need to speak to staff to handle transactions. Quite good to have one less burden to worry about when moving.

I got three offers for my house but two tenants I really liked. Wasn't sure which to progress with. The reference service you have is brilliant. As a landlady makes me have some peace of mind. I agree we need to have modern checks that match this increasingly modern world.

Still, you only charged £60 to reference all five of them (the three plus two spouses). Such reasonable pricing, my previous service would have cost as much for just two people.

I reached out to Husmus when Openrent failed a tenant i was keen on. I had seen their advert on ITV some months back so I thought I'd try them out.

First I spoke to their chatbot about my problem with openrent. The person on the end (Janet) was very helpful. Ultimately I knew this tenant had some issues in the past but it sounded like Husmus would give them a fair assessment.

I bought their multiple assessment that gives you up to 3 passed tenants. Let me just say this, i can't believe that I was only paying on success. So if this tenant failed on Husmus too I could still get more references for the same £50. What great value.

Anyway buying the assessment was easy. Both the tenant and their guarantor were referenced. And the assessment report, although shorter than I'm used to, had the information I needed. I reached out on the chatbot again for more explanations because some of the metrics they presented weren't familiar. I wish they had provided the guidance upfront because it ultimately made sense.

I decided to buy their rent guarantee insurance too.

Anyway all that was 3 months ago. So far so good with the tenant.

Ultimately it was a good experience and I'd use them again. Even though it seems they are 100% online and I guess they are, they are always available via the chat.
