I'd had a very negative experience with AliExpress so was very cautious and asked someone to call me. Mike called me the same day and it was so reassuring to be able to talk about my computer needs to a real person let alone a New Zealand local. He was a good communicator with subsequent emails and managed my expectations. The computer arrived promptly and so far so good!

I was confused about wat computer and who to buy from these days so I called the nz phone number and spoke to a kid d man for 15/20 mins about the process at your end and the appropriate laptop for my daughter's education. After the call I was sold and processed to order 1. My computer was very well packaged, and very quick delivery. I could not find a new computer with the specifications I wanted. I also read the reviews about hungry pc and each one was good, and also, they will back you up if you do have a problem.

Quick prompt service, laptop sequrely packaged. Courier left it at front door & ran.
Only problem for me not being IT lierate is setting up, eg loading printer etc.

Don't sleep on the refurbished stock here. Getting a PM981a for under $50 is a massive win over buying a new budget QLC drive. Professional testing is evident in the health stats. Will definitely be back for the next hardware hunt.
