Been using Huggies natural wipes daily for YEARS for many different tasks. I KNOW we should all be behind plastic free products but come on. Was there even any effort at all made to keep even the teeniest bit of quality to the product? The jump from best on the market to quite literally THE WORST on the market in one fell swoop is just insane. The new packs are smaller, wipes are ALOT thinner, drier, and you feel like a cheap magician pulling a chain of hankies out his pocket when you try pulling these things out the pack, good luck on trying to get one at a time out! These are nothing more than pound shop/cheap supermarket own brand quality now. The quality is so different and poor compared to the old version they are just useless now. Can't get over how big a drop in quality there is. Sad to see these go but I won't be buying huggies again (not unless they revert to the old ones or up the quality "big time" on these new ones ).

Ho ordinato da questa azienda due paia di pantofole il 29/12/2025, pacco, dicono loro tramite tracciabilità, affidato ad un corriere, dicono sempre loro, che ha tentato la consegna il 12/01/2026 alle 7:30 non trovando nessuno. Falso perché ero in casa personalmente perché in malattia. Sempre tramite tracciamento dicono che l'indirizzo è errato, falso anche questo perché l'indirizzo è esatto. Ora il pacco si trova in giacenza presso un magazzino, in un paese più o meno vicino a me!!! Ho provato a chiedere un indirizzo di questo magazzino ma mi hanno dato un indirizzo falso; un numero di telefono, falso anche questo. A questo punto ho mandato non so più quante mail all'Huggies spiegando la situazione, mai avuta risposta, niente di niente!!! Davvero poca professionalità e quindi pessimo servizio!!!

Which genius at Kimberley Clark thought it was a good idea to change these . Less in a pack, smaller, thinner and come out in clumps. Also hard to get into the pack. Absolutely useless now so changing brands

Ordinate e pagate pantofole 1 +1 il 22 dicembre, mai ricevute... Inviato 3 mail alla azienda, mai avuto una risposta.. È una truffa.

Ho ordinato il 22/12/2025 e non ho ricevuto nulla. Ogni tentativo di contattare l’azienda è stato vano, gli indirizzi e-mail risultano tutti inesistenti. Più che mi scoccia esserci caduta come una pivella! Fate attenzione

Un mese fa ordinavo un paio di pantofole. Era un’idea per un regalo di Natale e veniva pubblicizzato con una consegna rapida. Ad oggi le pantofole non sono mai arrivate e ovviamente ho dovuto precipitarmi a comprare un altro regalo.
Ho chiesto il rimborso ovviamente. Continuano a scrivere che a loro risulta in transito e del rimborso neanche l’ombra. Dal tracciamento non risulta in consegna

Spero vi servano per medicine tutti i soldi che avete rubato ingannando la gente!!! Sudici ladroni!!! Anche io, bischero,acquisto 2 Huggies ma una arriva di 2 taglie più grande non Huggies ma "Sport". Chiedo la sostituzione e Yasmine mi risponde che non è possibile avviare la procedura di reso!!! Spero moriate subito...Ormai è tardi ma consiglio a chi legge: N O N C O M P R A T E!!!!!!! S O L A G I G A N T E!!!!!

Produit non conforme lors de la livraison. Après réclamation par mail, la réponse donnée par une personne non compétente qui n'a pas su m'expliquer comment procéder au retour du produit pour l'échange. Site à fuir!

Have been buying Huggies Pure Wipes for 26 years but will never again. The product is now so awful to use since the recent manufacturing and product changes that it now bears no resemblance to the product it used to be. They were once the best wipes on the market, useful for wiping and cleaning so many things, not just babies.

There are now even fewer in the pack, each wipe is smaller, made of something thinner/worse, harder to get out the pack, the pack seal is harder to pull open and for some strange reason the hole for extracting them is much smaller making it difficult to pick one out. The wipes are no longer intertwined to make it easier to get the next one out and often when I do manage to actually get just one out they are so folded in half that it makes it impossible to unfold them.

Huggies have really screwed up with this product change, the wipes are now really useless both practically and usefully. Such a shame to see a product degraded so much when before they had the best, not sure which accountant or manager made this decision but big mistake.

Have already found a suitable alternative product in Aldi's 'mamia sensitive' wipes, 80 in a pack vs Huggies 48 (which were 56 until recently and even more in the past).

You’ve destroyed this product completely.
I’ve been buying the Natural Care wipes for years and they were the best on the market. I was so happy when I found them and I’ve gone through countless packs.
The first downgrade was a few years ago when you made them noticeably smaller and thinner, which was a rubbish move and wholly disrespectful of your customers. It left a bitter taste in my mouth, but nevertheless, they were still usable. What you did now, though…
You can’t possibly be serious with these new wipes. Like honestly, is this a joke? I’ve bought better wipes from the petrol station to clean my windscreen. The coarse texture, the thinness, the dryness. How do you sell this to your loyal customers under the same product name and for the same price? And to read that you’re actually denying a change in formulation? Do you think we’re all daft?
You can’t even reasonably WIPE with these. They’re dry, rough, they have this plasticky, squeaky grip and they actually refuse to slide on the skin. It’s like they’re made of insulation glass wool. What IS this?
Do you actually WANT people to stop buying your product? Cause it seems like you’re doing your very best to insult and alienate your customers. I rarely leave reviews but I’m so incredibly angry. I’ve been buying your product for so long and it was such an important one for me, but I’m never touching anything from your brand again.

Attirato dalla promozione ho ordinato due paia di pantofole. Una volta aperto il pacco una è di due numeri più grande e non di marca huggies..Avessi letto prima le recensioni negative non avrei acquistato

Prima volta in vita mia che ricevo un pacco. Mi sono arrivate 2 paia di ciabatte cinesi in quasi 20 gg. senza confezione.
Non sono Huggies.
Non penso di renderle perché secondo me non mi renderanno mai i soldi.
Il sito dovrebbe essere soppresso.
Imbroglioni.

Purtroppo non c'é la possibilità di dare 0 stelle! Ho acquistato le ciabatte, non sono ancora arrivate e nessuno risponde alle mie mail. Non c'é un numero di telefono da contattare quindi.....
É la prima volta che compro di impulso, senza prima verificare le recensioni.

Pensavo fossero delle pantofole particolari, in realtà sono quelle che vendono su Temu ma costano il triplo.
Per fortuna la cosiddetta offerta riguardava due paia.
In ogni caso la provenienza è quella e tutte le recensioni positive che pubblicizzano sul sito mi piacerebbe sapere dove sono finite...........

Acquistato pantofole Huggies ma non mi sono ancora arrivati sento puzza di truffa provo a scrivere l'unica risposta che mi danno che il corriere ci vuole tempo per aggiornare i dati. Mascalzoni è truffatori
