No selection within an hour of my area and ridiculously hard to cancel the trial membership. you have to call a number that is only open certain times of the day throughout the week. you then have to listen for 10-15 minutes and decline numerous sales pitches while getting ignored asking to cancel. no matter how many times you ask them nicely just to cancel the subscription, they keep pushing, offering you new things.
There is also no log in, email verification, or account number. fortunately my phone number was recognized when i called, but you can also only get the cancellation number while in the account...so, you'd better not close your browser or you're stuck with a $13/week bill, 26 if you adjusted your search!
Do not use!!! The 1 dollar for 30 days offer leads you to another screen that charges you more to actually see what you want to see. When you call to cancel they try to make it impossible and try to talk you into longer and more expensive memberships with promise of gift cards, discounts, and other tactics.
complete scam. They show you hundreds of houses, but in order to see the price you have. You pay and guess what? Those houses are not available. 0 available. The only way to cance is by calling. They leave you on hold forever, with hopes that you give up and just hang up. And of course it is an ofshore customer service center.
please do not use this company, i cancelled the same day i signed up and was charged. I could not login and my account was inactive, after all the sales pitch i said no i would like to cancel beause i cancelled online and was still billed a month later. SCAM AND PREDATORY PRACTICES.
Most likely a scam!!! Either way cancelling a membership for this place is one of the hardest tasks. My mother paid for the 9 dollar trial. She no longer wanted the membership and called their customer service, she needed help translating so I was there to listen to it all. The sales person hung up while on hold and called again 14 minutes later just to tell us the good old sales pitch on why not to cancel despite my repeated “no” and “ I still want to cancel” this went on for a few minutes, then the customer service person pretended to be disconnecting when we told them we wanted to cancel. They hung up. There’s no way to cancel! This is terrible and unprofessional.
terrible experience. do not agree to take the service for the cheaper rate! this is an excuse to keep billing you even though you dont need the service.
they make you call to cancel so they can rope you in and charge your card until you realize.
Dont fall to the trap
Absolute SCAM! On 10/18/25 I paid the $1 trial fee, but then immediately canceled because I did NOT want nor need a monthly membership. The next day I noticed TWO $1 charges on my statement. I didn't pursue getting a refund because I didn't think that $1 was worth it. On 11/25/25 I see THREE additional charges: two made one day and the third six days later. When I signed on to my account, it showed "active", but listed a bogus address (123 Street, with a zip code near me, but not mine). They also had the last four numbers of my credit card. I tried to remove all of the info, but a pop up says to call. I tried to cancel the membership, but a pop-up says to call. So I called. That was nightmare. The lady insisted I'd signed up and had never canceled, then tried to convince me that if I didn't cancel I could get all kinds of deals. For what I don't know. I was busy trying to tell her no. She wouldn't stop, though, until I yelled "STOP!". She finally said she'd cancel my membership but that the policy was no refunds. I told her I'd never requested a membership, so those amounts were not approved. She said that if I really wanted it, she could email a form to request my money back. As soon as she said she just sent the email, she tried to hang up the call. I told her to wait until I could verify the email was received. Even after sending it a second time (or so she claims), it didn't arrive--and it STILL hasn't arrived. I'm pretty sure it won't. Just as other reviewers have said, DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY! And if you do, screenshot everything that you see before, not after, calling them to "cancel". And file a complaint with the BBB.
The only way I found to cancel was to call them. When calling to tell them to cancel, they demanded to know why. Would not stop offering alternatives, sales pitches to continue charging. Never have I ever had to go through so much trouble just to cancel a membership. I would recommend NO ONE ever fall into their SCAM. The only reason I gave it even 1 start is because I could not leave a negative star rating.
What a poor site this is. In the short time I used this site, I found some of the data was out of date. I passed 3 concerns on, via email, to the site - 1 property was already sold, and 2 others were listed at the wrong price. I was told 'HUDHomesUSA.org is a real estate listing provider and not involved in real estate transactions....' and 'Looks like this home is already sold. Although we update our records regularly, listing details are subject to change without notice. Our technical team will be notified to ensure the listing is correct...'
At the end the first month free trial, my credit card was charged, and when I called to cancel, and explain why I was canceling, no refund was forth coming.
A substandard website for the user to maneover around, and based on my experience with their customer service dept, not worth the $. Stay clear.
I signed up for the $1 trial and called to cancel it like within the same week. (You can only cancel by calling customer service). But it was never canceled. I was billed so I called customer service AGAIN. They said it "wasn't canceled" and apparently agreed to their discount service. Anyways they sent me a refund application, which is to be paper mailed back to them or faxed which take 10 days to review. The lady said they then need to "investigate" the situation. I was just trying to cancel and was already upset that it wasn't canceled the first time but she kept trying to sell me how great it was, not a great experience.
Well I must say I'm NOT surprised to see the low rating for these clowns! I had never heard of them before and at 339am EDT this morning I got a notification from Capital One, my bank, that they had attempted to charge my debit card $49.90 FOR WHAT I DO NOT KNOW! I then researched and found they are a so-called real estate company, My Realty Edge, in Campbell, CA, which is in the San Francisco area. They show you low cost homes. The bank asked me if I authorized the charge and I said no. So they reported the fraud to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) I will also follow up with Santa Clara County Sherrifs and the California Attorney General s office of Consumer Affairs. These guys have to be STOPPED!
If I could give them zero stars I would! I pd $1 for a 7 day trial, during the first 5 days I was on there all day with a pen & paper writing down each and every forclosure I wanted to have my real-estate agent check out.. EVERY SINGLE ONE of them (NEW LISTINGS, PRE-FORCLOSURE, BLAH BLAH) ALL of them were sold WELL OVER A YEAR AGO!! Not to mention when I cancelled online they still charged me $17.49. Then I call them to let them know, 45 min on the phone with 2 people from the same place, then they can't find me.. even though it was the phone # that was on my bank statement. So, they give me another # to call, another 30+ min later for him to tell me I'm wrong over and over & that their listing's are updated every week & keep trying to make me keep this damn subscription. Finally I get him to cancel it, & he tells me how the rules are already written, after the 7 Day trial once u get charged that's it. No refunds! No exceptions! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
I subscribed and then immediately cancelled my subscription but for two months afterwards they kept trying to charge me $49.95. I cancelled my CC due to their predator tactics but also called them and they said they would lower the fee to 19.95. I said they shouldhave done that totbegin with but no thanks i don't want todeal with a predator type business.
