Very poor service
Very poor service. Organised a viewing via Hubble at Citibase Millbank on 11 November 2019. I clearly specified that it was a matter of urgency as we needed an office for a new hiring. Went there to find out that there was actually no available office yet. The current tenants were uncertain whether to extend the lease or not. We spent one hour in the waiting room with no support. Then we were told that there was a room available for us to work for that day at 20£ per hour. After another hour, we were let seating in the meeting room which cost £362 for 4 hours. I spoke to a person at Citibase Millbank who told me that they would come back to me regarding a £500 office. Never heard from them anymore. I spoke to a person at Hubble regarding another office in Victoria. He was supposed to call me back the next day 12 November for an office or 2 desks. Never heard back from him. Eventually signed for an office with Spaces Victoria without any intermediation. Poor service, I suspect that Hubble agents are poorly paid and not very driven.

Firstly, we want to apologise. We pride ourselves on our high level of service and receive hundreds of positive feedback responses from our customers each month. As a result, we’re taking your feedback very seriously and immediately began investigating the situation this morning.
We’ve followed up with Citibase to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Upon initial investigation, the Hubble sales person you’ve mentioned personally spoke with Citibase prior to your viewing, and we were told that the office you were hoping to see was not only available but also suitable for your requirements.
Being a third-party in the viewing process, the level of service you receive during the viewing can occasionally and unfortunately fall out of our control. Having said that, we’d like to take responsibility here, and use your feedback to look at ways to ensure we can prevent this going forward.
You’ll be receiving a phone call from our Head of Customer Success to talk more about the experience, but in the meantime, please accept our apologies.

Daniel was very approachable and easy to work with. I had seen multiple offices through multiple brokers and he used his experience of working with us previously to advise us on the best office for us. I only had to do 2 viewings with him and we found our new office. Thanks

Henry was so helpful when i was trying to book in the viewing in less than 24 hours. He was friendly and was able to help very promptly.

Easy and professional - perfect for scaling startups
We were looking for private, serviced offices for 10 people, but with room to expand as we grow (while only paying for what we needed at a given time). We're now nearly 50 in the same space and the scaling has been stress free. The site was easy to use with great pictures of the spaces. Hubble team were professional and helpful, couldn't recommend highly enough, would certainly use again.

Great experience
Great experience - would use again! Found a few different offices through Hubble and ultimately chose a Workspace venue near Moorgate. The experience was solid from start to finish - only hiccup was one of the office spaces we visited hadn't updated Hubble with their latest inventory and no longer had any space left.
