I purchased and paid for an iPhone Pro Max from HTT Mobile, only to receive an email asking me to confirm the order. As I was away from my computer and unable to respond immediately, HTT simply cancelled the order.
It is completely unreasonable to expect customers to remain constantly available to respond to an email at short notice, particularly after payment has already been taken. A reputable company should allow a sensible amount of time for a response, or attempt to contact the customer by another method before cancelling a fully paid order.
What made the situation even worse was that the cancellation was recorded as being made “at my request”. This is simply untrue. I did not ask for the order to be cancelled at any point.
The whole experience was frustrating, misleading and extremely disappointing. HTT Mobile’s order-verification process appears poorly managed and shows very little consideration for its customers. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before placing an order with them.

The Apple Watch itself was not the right size for me, so I returned it in excellent condition after only a few hours of use. I erased all my personal data, removed it from my Apple account, and returned it with all the original accessories. Despite this, I was charged a £75 deduction simply because the watch had been activated.

I find this unfair and unreasonable. The watch was returned looking brand new, with no damage or signs of wear, yet I was penalised for briefly setting it up to see if it suited me. Customers should be able to inspect a product without facing such a large deduction.

The customer service was also disappointing. Instead of trying to find a fair solution, they justified the deduction without providing any clear explanation of how the £75 reflected the actual loss in value.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend buying from this seller based on the poor after-sales service and unfair return handling.

Searched through Google for a specific phone, and found it as brand new and unlocked. I sent a message to check this was right and the message was replied to within the hour.
Phone was ordered, and bought though PayPal which have me the 'pay in 3' options. Delivery wasn't next day, but sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. Phone was wrapped well.
All works well. Phone set up with existing SIM card and data transferred easily.

I asked for months for a VAT invoice and never got one, it all about the sale and no customer service whatsoever.

I ordered a black iPhone 16. When it arrived the box was for a black iPhone 16. It was all correctly sealed. When I opened it, it contained an old white iPhone 7 that had someone’s image on it from somewhere in Asia.

On opening it, I immediately requested a refund and after several web chat exchanges was accused of pocketing the iPhone 16 and effectively scamming the company.

I had to raise a dispute with PayPal in 3 and go through a laborious process of “proving” that this was not the case. Fortunately I was able to provide evidence based on the iPhone 16 activation date which was weeks before I bought it. The company had videoed the package being prepared for sending and claimed this was proof that they sent an iPhone 16.Eventually PayPal agreed with me and arranged a refund.

It could be that the company was the victim of a scam from their suppliers but the way they treated me as a criminal was completely out of order.
