Going to start that the support team is amazing especially Kim, Helped me fix all my issues very quick its very impressive, overall the pack mods hosting everything is very great. I don't understand why people leave negative reviews behind. If you wanna start your fivem server i recommend HTNetwork.

Fantastic support even around the holiday period! Server and mods looks great.

Servers are in great shape! Customer service was fantastic, I dealt with Kim on several occasions and she was absolutely phenomenal! Only thing I would have to say that’s even remotely negative is, if your new to RP or 5m there arnt many guides or tutorials on how to do more of the basic gameplay stuff like sell the drugs you’ve made,so if that’s my only complaint id say they are doing a pretty damn good job. And just to reiterate customer service is great, quick responses, very helpful, and fantastic attitudes!!

A few bugs with the packs but the support team, especially Kim, were fantastic, helped very quicky, and were very professional. Although I have been waiting a while for the "developer" to fix something, not sure if that is a HT Network problem or someone who made the mods.

Kim is hands down amazing! Even though I’m in the US with totally different time zones, she always makes everything smooth, fast, and effortless. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication are unmatched. I highly recommend HTNetwork and the services they offer. I’ll continue to use them and refer them to others without hesitation. this company has put a sour taste in the mouth of business. they do not care for customer satisfaction. I purchased a product and it was not what I was expecting. I asked for a refund and the customer crap rep instead of knowing consumer laws and refund request on product that was not what I was wanting instead of offering a different package or even a solution, gave me a dumb video (that mind you... you should watch and read carefully before purchasing) that I already watched 1. refused to offer my refund(which is grimmy)
2. left the chat and did not offer any solution.

If you want a shady web hosting and site package company look here do not use this company ever.
*note* just purchased product at the time of this convo and still have not gotten any resolve... Need I say more bump this comphony. and find you a better service.
