HSL Chairs - Wellingborough Bewertungen

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Helped to find the right chair for us. Were very welcoming and made the experience enjoyable

Jayne was great when I visited the Wellingborough store. Fantastic service throughout my visit and the time was taken to make sure I was completely happy with my choices

The two ladies in store were wonderful, very helpful and gave all their time, and we had a cup of tea and biscuits. Very pleasant shop.

It was Melissa that we saw at the Wellingborough showroom. She was absolutely great, knowledgeable and helpful in sorting out the chair in the colour we finally purchased; if delivery etc goes as well as her assistance was we will leave another good review.

Staff were patient and helpful
When choosing fabric and all through the process, very impressed.

Very helpful sales staff. Chairs were just what we wanted

No hanging about. I knew what I wanted. It was just a matter of choosing a colour. Melissa the sales advisor showed me a booklet of colours which I soon found the colour that suited my needs.

Great customer care and a really fun experience with all the team, we saw Jane initially who was great, and we went back another day and everyone made my parents welcome and guided us through choices. Great quality product and a pleasure. Well done.

No nonsense sales chatter.
I was able to quickly identify the chair I required.
Melissa from the sales team was excellent advising me of choices of materials and colours.
A very worthwhile visit and purchase. Thank you Melissa.

The whole experience was great. From Janice in the showroom, the update phone calls, and the delivery team. Excellent company to deal with. Lovely chair. Thank you

Carl and Damion arrived within the offered timeframe and from arrival they were both very professional and polite. Thank-you both.

Lovely clean showroom with a good choice. Melissa went above and beyond to help me. She was very approachable and put me at ease

This is a great company. The staff in the Wellingborough store were super helpful and patient. We found chairs to meet the differing needs of both Mum and Dad which are well made and comfortable. The delivery guys, Paul and Carl F were really lovely and accommodating - especially as we had to move the furniture a couple of times to position the chairs in the most functional places.

Excellent showroom with good variety of chairs .
Staff engaging , helpful & informative.

Great service from Janice and Joanna at HSL Wellingborough.
Janice identified precisely what we required, and explained very clearly about our armchair. And Joanna was on hand to check availability and prepare our purchase.
Compliments to both Janice and Joanna, lovely ladies, and wonderful team.

helpful;considerate, patient

Thoroughly professional and friendly experience. Melissa even made us tea and biscuits while we considered options. She helped us reduce those options to a shorter list which we could review and make our choice.
We are looking forward to the arrival of the chairs.
