Lovely friendly staff, offered us a coffee and biscuits while deciding on the purchase

We received a very warm welcome when we visited HSL in Burnley recently. Jill, Tracy and Val were very friendly and knowledgeable. We were given plenty of time to look around and there was no rush to make any decisions.

Made to feel welcome and at ease as soon as we entered. Jill helped us as we decided what we wanted and she was helpful in showing us what was available in the chairs we chose. Would recommend to family and friends and would return without hesitation.

Had such an amazing experience at the showroom with Jill to assist us. She gave amazing advice and guidance so we got the chair that is suitable for my dad.

I needed a reclining chair for my wife, looked on website, saw what chairs were on sale, so we went along to Burnley store, looked around and said to my wife they have lovely furniture, 2 ladies on duty, very helpful, professional explained everything, best bit was we had a coffee, delivered on time, explained how the chair works, all in all good experience with HSL. would and have recommended HSL. to a family member, and yes they have purchased a chair.the other day,

After waiting for 6 weeks to the day that I ordered my recliner chair it arrived and I was truly delighted with it.Chris & Terry were excellent talking me through the instructions and placing my new chair exactly where I needed it to be placed. from the day that I ordered my chair everything went so smoothly I can recommend HSL to all.thank you Chris & Terry for being so professional.
