I was a tenant with them and was really scared in the starting due to my past experiences with previous estate agents I have used in the past. But I was with them for 6 years and never seen such a caring and professional people especially Fran and Kirsty. Thank you HS for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

We had an outstanding experience working with Georgina during our home search, and we can't thank her enough for her help! Her patience and clarity were invaluable, especially as we navigated the various options available to us.

Georgina was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance, which gave us confidence in our decisions. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail ensured that we found a home that perfectly suited our needs.

We are incredibly grateful for her support and expertise, and we will definitely recommend HS estate agents to our friends and family.

Georgina was so so helpful throughout our journey to finding a house to rent. It was our first time renting and she so explained all steps of the process and was happy to answer any questions we had. We felt informed in every decision we made which made the process a lot easier!

Thank you for your help in finding us the perfect home! Em and El x

It was a pleasure working with HS! Having Dealt with both the Lettings & Sales team over the past year, I can highly recommend HS estate agents. Special mention to Corran, Simone & Georgina who were supportive through the whole process. Will no doubt be using HS again in the future.

Fran and Kirsty looked after us before and during our tenancy. Great people, really professional, diligent and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others for their HS property services.

Very happy that HS found a tenant within 6 weeks of the property being empty. Also agreeing a fair monthly rent payment.
Would definitely recommend.
Fran, Georgina and Richie I thank you!

As a first time tenant I had no previous experience dealing with letting agents and unfairly had assumptions that they were always out to get you. This couldn't have been further from the truth and I'm so pleased HS Estate Agents allowed me to shed the stereotype that they only have the landlords best interests at heart. Every single interaction with HS (be it by phone, email or in person) was pleasant, incredibly welcoming and reassuring. Of the very few issues I did have, they were always dealt with both quickly and professionally.

Extra special mention to Fran for going above and beyond. You've set the bar very high for potential future letting agent interactions. 10/10 🏆

I just moved recently and it was very stressful for me but I met some lovely people at HS agency that helped me through the process and guided me. They showed me the flat they advised on what I need to do and always so prompt to answer to phone calls or emails. Very kind people and professional

Georgina went above and beyond in helping us to secure a rental apartment. She and her colleagues, including Fran, were friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them.

A huge thank you to Georgina for making my moving experience seamless! From the viewing to moving in she was a massive help and was at the end of a phone every time I needed her! Thank you! It was a pleasure!

I had an exceptional experience with our HS estate agents for 2 years. They were incredibly approachable and friendly, always making us feel welcome and valued. Their availability was outstanding, as they were accessible anytime of the day for any kind of emergency maintenance reports, ensuring issues were resolved promptly and efficiently.

Their assistance in liaising with the landlord for genuine requests, such as tenancy extensions, was invaluable. They consistently provided prompt responses to emails and phone calls, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with them, and their professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and supportive tenancy estate agents.
