Needed a transfer belt urgently for our HP Z6200. Found this company and rang them to check they had it stock, Paul told me yes. So ordered through their website. I contacted Paul about an hour later to ask him to express the delivery and I would pay the extra. Told he couldn't as belt was in central distribution in France and would be 2/ 3days delivery that was Wednesday 27th Nov 24. My colleague contacted him today Monday 2nd Dec 24 to ask when we would receive the belt to be told by Friday 6th Dec 24. Paul is a liar and totally dishonest don't buy from this company as you can't believe anything they say. They are not a proper company, they operate from a house down a single track lane in the countryside in Devon. I doubt you could get any delivery vehicles down the lane and I doubt they have any stock in their house which is where the operate from. AVOID AVOID AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LET DOWN, LIED TO AND DISAPPOINTED LIKE US. Hi, I have a newish HP printer which never works. Is always offline wont print at all. Most difficult printer in the world and no support. Do not waste your money. You try for hours tryng to get it to print and when you fimally get it on line it prints out blanks or not at all. Absolute rip off and no help

HP Office jet 5742 is poor; fails too frequently; tries to get a new cartridge put in even when one is only 3 days old . . .
Back up is useless.

My purchase of Laptop mouse headset mouse pad from HP today so very happy recommend anyone thinking of purchasing or needing to purchase a laptop or PC do go to HP first check on line then ring them before you purchase this is what happened to me & l am not tech efficient at all. Firstly l dealt with two people l dealt with firstly Liam then after all his advice ty Liam, l was passed to Tina which was well aware of my requirements as Liam had explained every thing to her before passing me through so grateful for that as would not have to repeat everything again, well done Liam for that x,
my sales person Tina was absolutely wonderful in creating my order sorting all my requirements down to 2 different laptops the Omen or the slightly lighter option but less tech than the Omen which was the HP pavilion, which l have had over 10 years but dropped it causing this chance of getting a new one not only did l choose the better one the Omen but also got the omen mouse headphones & mat nothing like having all new and all matching and my normal option would have been the pavilion not only for the great price which was £500 less than l paid over 10 years ago but would not have the huge 1 pound in weight battery back then lol & would last a lot longer than 1 &1/2 hours battery life. Tina was a breath of fresh air to me no sales person in her at all it was like speaking to a most helpful technical person l have ever heard of let alone dealt with.
All sales in every company that sells anything should have a Tina that is all l am saying the world would be a greater place to purchase things in, My brother arrived mid ordering and as my order was over £1400 l totally forgot l had a security thing on my card meaning l would normally have rung my card & explained l am purchasing a chair a laptop a sofa what ever & told them l would be going over my £1000 normal limit so allow the purchase in the next few hours to go through, but as my brother arrived he pulled out his card and paid for it all, lol great timing for me Tina did laugh too l liked that made her very normal not a machine or robot you usually get when making any purchase these days . then it did cost me a mouse & mat & head set as my brother decided if l was having them for my Omen he most certainly was having them for his Pavilion he purchase a week or so earlier lol so Liam l give 5 stars and Tina she has to be too precious to give just 5 stars our of 5 she most certainly has to have top of the class marks double Liam and for being so very human 100% recommend her to everyone that l know who is thinking of changing there laptops or PC's xxxxx to Tina HP you have great staff and l will be adding you to trust pilot in fact l will be coping this lol . Thank you very much for my equipment cannot wait for it to arrive and yes only 2 working days love it even more nothing worse than purchasing something then having to wait 6-12 weeks love it again HP top marks again .

Second hand printer. Clean and ready to use. Gave me the extra capacity I needed.

Bought a refurbished laser printer from the store as the model had been discontinued and our office wanted to use one printer throughout.
Arrived in as new condition and delivery was very quick.
