It’s beautiful.

I bought a trellis off of the warehouse deal page, and it was in perfect condition. It went together like a dream, andit is absolutely gorgeous. I got a great item for a great price. I’m waiting for a second one to hit the warehouse page and I’ll be buying it as well. It came packaged very well and arrived in a timely manner. Excellent purchase.

Wreath is beautiful. Meet expectations.

I love my H Potter trellis! The shipping was fast and the company kept me updated while the trellis was in transit. It was easy to put together and install. The quality is great, heavy and substantial. And did I mention it's beautiful?! I spray painted it with Behr Burnished Amber because I preferred that over black.

My purchases arrived on time, were well-packed, contained understandable "how to build" instructions, plus a contact cell phone number to report any problems (although I did not need to use it).
The products' quality was high and exactly as described. I look forward to many years of enjoying my yard with the addition of these planterboxes and statue.

Brackets missing with Zero follow up or call back. Poor customer service

Very beautiful trellis,. Heavy and sturdy weighs about 100 pounds.I received my shipment sooner than I expected.

Trellis arrived on time, was easy to assemble and looks great.

The trellis is beautiful & customer service is great

Both of my pots were received in poor quality condition. Although the boxes were damaged the product damage was due to poor workmanship. I would like to return them for an exchange. I would like you to thoroughly inspect my items. I am extremely busy and do not have time to mess around with returns.

I really love this sweet little terrarium. It's smaller than I envisioned however the look and quality is just what I was looking for. It came well packaged and in a timely manner. I'll continue to shop at this store.

This planter is beautiful, I love it and I am so excited to use it on my covered front porch. I am sure that I will be a repeat customer.
Shipping and delivery were so quick.
Thank you

The trellis we received is very well made. I purchased some from our favorite Online retailer and sent them back; there is was comparison to the H Potter trellis. I didn’t realize I had to order the wall mount brackets separate (I just went by the picture on the website), so I had to hold off on installation until they arrived

The trellis was easy to assemble and install as a backdrop for my vintage bench. Looking forward to planting clematis next spring.

The trellis arrived in perfect shape and was easy install with the instructions provided. Very high quality! Can’t wait to enjoy it once the vine grows for years to come.

I’m so happy with this trellis and your genuine character! I love how you treat your customers! I recommend you to people! Thank you! This is the 3rd item I have of your product. Another trellis and a terrarium. Warmly, Patti

Quality iron work. I use these beautiful towers for my raspberry bushes. Makes picking easy and keeps them contained and controlled.

Well packaged. Excellent customer service. Outstanding products and quality. Love every planter ,trellis and lantern I’ve purchased.

It took me a while to post a review of the Gothic arch because we just unpacked it a few days ago and put it this weekend. It had been way too hot to work outside.
The arch is very well made and its beautiful. Can't wait to see it next year when I can get a clematis on it. Thank you for such a beautiful piece.

We received the product when we were promised and although the shipping box was a mess the packaging was excellent and there were no damages or missing parts. It assembled easy and is exactly what I thought it would be.
