HP LaserJet M110w is an absolute rubbish, as it is the overall support you get with it. Don't buy HP unless you want to waste time and money. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Poor build quality

We've used HP laptops for our business for years and ordered a new one a couple of weeks ago. It keeps overheating and shutting itself down. We must be at fault for using the Internet or Word I suppose... no, that was a joke, much like HP who have obviously been skimping on build quality for years. Folks, let the free market do its work and shop elsewhere.

Pathetic service

Pathetic service.
I am very very disappointed with the service from HP. I received my laptop on 13th March 2024, which was damaged. I called them and asked for replacement and returns label. Took them good few days to send it after I called everyday for returns label. Now its been few weeks and still no sign of replacement. I have been calling so many times but all I hear is we will give priority to your order. They haven't got a clue what priority means I think. I am still waiting and waiting. Pathetic and disappointing company. Please do think twice before you place an order with this company. I would not recommend HP to any of my friends and family.

Purchased Printer in December 2023

Purchased HP Printer in December 2023 and last month it went wrong, so they sent me a recondition one (not a new one) with some ink, that one was faulty so they sent another recondition one without ink, the problem is you cannot put the old ink in the recondition printer,
so, I just been told i have to wait 6 to 8 days for the ink to come.
As the printer was only two-month-old i should been sent a new replacement not repaired one, as it turns out was faulty as well

Never buy a HP printer

HP's business model is to tie you in to buying their expensive ink - Instant Ink is a huge scam. Once you subscribe, your printer will not work with non-HP cartridges.

HP used to be a good brand - avoid.

Terrible customer service. Over a week no delivery!

No customer service and extremely slow delivery!

I have placed my order on 23rd on December.
Order number: SCEO18483712

Now it's 30th of December. No order, impossible to contact customer service.

Is it getting shipped from China? So now what, I get my order next year?

Over 10 days UK delivery !!! Shocking.

Date of experience: 23 December 2023 to Next Year !

Honestly just don't.

Waste of time and money poor system builds poor customer service poor poor.

I had to send back two £1450 systems because they were faulty.

They didn't make it easy either.

Once mighty now the fallen

It is such a shame that a company that was so well respected that I studied them at University has fallen this far. Their printers are the absolute pits. I bought an all in one desktop 2720e and it has been plagued with problems. It hardly ever works when you need it to print and involves numerous on/off attempts to get it working on either my windows or Mac machine.

To add insult I signed up for the “instant ink” and paid £3.99 a month, received a handful of cartridges (great) and after that nothing. The worst part being that when you cancel the subscription they block the cartridges (that you paid for) from working !!! Talk about ransoming the customer

So I am now stuck with printer that doesn’t work at all

So many big companies HP, Sandisk, UPS etc don’t care about the customer and don’t even read their reviews on Trustpilot

The Absolute Worst!

I first arranged to have my PC repaired 2 weeks ago. It came back a few days later and had not been repaired the same issue remained. I spoke to agents via Whatsapp and they arranged to have it collected and repaired again. I just got the PC back and it is still not repaired, it does not even turn on now! How is this level of incompetence possible in such a large company as HP?! What kind of lazy incompetent people are employed in the so called repair department?! I tried contacting someone on Whatsapp and no one is responding. I phoned and selected for someone to text me, no one has! I have never known such bad incompetent service and will certainly never buy another HP product ever again!

Update: 10th November
Still no one has contacted me despite me contacting them several times. Over 2 weeks waiting for someone to resolve their incompetence at failing to repair my PC twice! They clearly don't care at all about their customers and I advise everyone never to buy an HP product!

Don't waste your time with HP.com

Trying to buy a product from HP.com but no reply from any of their listed UK sales support numbers. They must be losing hundreds of potential new customers. My experience today along with the numerous negative posts on Trustpilot tells me that their customer service set-up would be pathetic if I needed to contact them. I will therefore avoid HP.com like the plaque and buy elsewhere. When will companies realise the importance of customer care.

Excellent product, good aftersales and customer support

I bought a HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC about a year ago, the product is excellent and I was extremely pleased with my purchase for alomost a year until the LCD display came off from one corner and was slightly sticking out from the frame. Since the product was still under warranty, I arranged for it to get picked and sent to HP for repair or replace with absolutely no costs for me. The whole screen was replaced and I got the laptop back in a week, the repair is flawless and the laptop has been cleaned spotless ! Though, I was slightly unhappy because I did not get back my laptop charger which I sent with the laptop in the first place so I called HP and they arranged for the charger to be sent to me in a couple of days. Overall a good experience, mostly because the product is excellent quality.

HP ENVY x360 screen come apart

I have HP ENVY x360 in my possession, bought in May 2021 so the laptop is just about two years of normal domestic use and the screen just came apart at the right corner when I was trying to close it. I find it very strange and frustrating given the age of the laptop. This laptop in my view is coming short of the satisfactory quality I was expecting and it is definitely not fit for purpose, given the price I paid. I find this issue highly unacceptable for the age of the laptop and its normal daily use. I would expect HP to take accountability for this issue as I have seen they already have a class lawsuit in the US for the same. Customer service is far from helpful. Waited half a day on WhatsUp until someone was willing enough to respond to my query. Offered me two solutions, for which I would have to pay from my own pocket, despite the fact that the laptop is substandard quality to what was advertised. Now I have to wait days for you to respond with a repair quote...This is a really bad joke!!! On top of everything else, my laptop stopped charging a few days after so I have just lost access to my personal documents... HP!!! stand up to your promises of a great quality of product and service!!!..so far your service has been the same as the quality of the laptop: overhyped and substandard...

HP DeskJet 4120e HP+ All-in-One Printer

Faulty printer, software bugged, it was a nightmare as bought before Christmas, spoke to them in Jan 2023 reported the problem, no technical help offered simply to restart the machine and remove the software and download again. Did that, didn't work, in the meantime I bought a new printer so had asked them for return and refund, they declined.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES, should be sued for misleading customers and not in breach of their own set up contract with the customers.

HP 14-eg0001na 4G LTE Laptop. Be warned when something has 0 reviews AND you are are also prevented from leaving a review by HP.com. Utterly dreadful laptop. I have been using laptops for my business for over a decade. This is impossible to do anything with. Shame on HP.com for selling such a bad product. Either unresponsive or hyper responsive to the point that the user is NOT in control. I have opened a case with PayPal. I have been a loyal HP customer for a long time but now I have serious doubts about HP products.

Worst customer service I've experienced

I had always thought of HP to be a good, reputable company, I've owned HP products since 2009. I have had several encounters with their customer service. Their sales team are great, very friendly and helpful. But their customer support after you have already purchased the product? I can honestly say that I have never had any worse. Phone lines cut out, staff ignore your questions on live chat and send cheeky responses and will do anything to stop you sending a product in for repair with their HP care pack and will take many hours to respond to you over the course of days. Now imagine trying to troubleshoot a printer over nearly a week as I did with my printer? I wasn't home half the time when they did reply to do it. I put off getting my laptop sorted which has a manufacturing fault and screen burn because of this, and I was right to do so. Ive spent the entire day going through a troubleshooting rigmarole where I've asked many times to send my laptop for repair but they just ignored me. Finally they said that "in this case" they will raise a service ticket and I can send it for repair I've spoken to 4 of their agents and all of them have been very unhelpful and rude to me.

Their products are o k but I wouldn't wish this poor service on anyone. Its clearly geared to get you to give up and continue with a subscription to instant ink or not submit a repair request.

On two occasions I cancelled my instant ink but this did not go through for whatever reason - I took pictures of each screen the second time in case I faced an issue again and I managed to sort it with customer service but they were extremely reluctant. I feel like this was purposeful and since accessing their support is so difficult I would not recommend using instant ink.

Finally, I'm not a Karen, just a regular student who's has a poor experience over several years with HP customer service. I thought I'd write this review to hopefully save someone the trouble that I have been through.

HP invented a time machine

I bought a new HP printer. Upon plugging it in I was instantly transported back in time to the year 1999, when setting up a new printer was a nightmare - the software is buggy, the hardware is cheap, and nothing works like it's meant to.

HP pavilion slecht product, slechte reparaties en een nog slechtere ondersteuning.

Al 2 jaar ellende met een pavilion laptop. Inmiddels al 5 keer gerepareerd. Door alle problemen laptop nauwelijks volwaardig kunnen gebruiken, terwijl inmiddels de garantietermijn al bijna verstreken is. De ondersteuning is nog slechter. Zeer lange wachttijden en technische ondersteuning is veelal helemaal niet berreikbaar. Doorschakelen voor technische ondersteuning (optie 2) wordt automatisch afgebroken. Verkoopondersteuning geeft continu wisselende wachttijden (2,5,10,5,2, 5, 10 minuten) en na 20 minuten nog geen verbinding. Ronduit slecht.
Mailen op een lopend case/dossiernummer leidt eveneens niet tot actie bij HP. Een toezegging dat om 11 uur wordt teruggebeld heeft geen enkele waarde; er wordt doodleuk pas na 4 werkdagen teruggebeld (zonder de dossiermail / testresultaten gelezen te hebben). Nooit meer een HP produkt !!

DO NOT buy anything from a company with no support

As a customer who bought laptop and printer from this company, recently I was trying to buy an old business desktop model. Some of the info in their product specs is unclear so that I tried to contact their sales team and tech team for enquiries. None of these team give af as they mentioned the product line is discontinued so there is no profit for them so they won't help. Very disappointed. WILL NOT buy anything from them ever again.

No help for customers and piece broke exactly after end of warranty

I have been asking for help for more than a month and still I did not have receive any answer from you. I sent you e-mails, I used Whatsapp HP support, Messenger HP Support and I also used your form on your website. I WANT TO REPLACE A PIECE OF MY LAPTOP AND I AM WILLING TO PAY, what's wrong with you? You don't want my money? What's the point of buying HP products if HP doesn't even answer its customers who need help and would pay for it?
The interesting thing is that this place that needs to be replaced broke exactly a month after the end of the warranty. Really interesting and curious, isn't it?
