STOP USING EVRI!!
I ordered a fire from Ho Warm and, a day after placing my order, I received an email saying I needed to pay an additional £9 for delivery, which was frustrating and unexpected.
My order was then sent via Evri, and it has now been stuck at the depot for 3 days with no updates. I contacted Ho Warm for help, only to be told to wait.
I find this customer service really disappointing. I shouldn’t have to keep chasing an order I’ve paid for, especially when there are no tracking updates or indication of when it will arrive. Instead of simply telling me to wait, Ho Warm should be contacting Evri to investigate the delay and arranging for a replacement to be sent with a different courier if necessary.
I shouldn’t have to be the one chasing everyone to get this sorted. I expected much better service, communication and support. At the moment, I’m left feeling completely let down by the whole experience.
I would not expect a customer to have to deal with this much hassle just to receive an order they’ve paid for.
Update-
After chasing and emailing the CEO of evri my parcel was found and delivered. As it was delivered late at night, I haven't opened the box yet to see the fire. I really hope the company take on board using a different courier as I have seen a few reviews stating the same problems, I would rather pay more delivery and use a proper delivery company. As this was not worth the stress and my time wasted. I have adjusted my star rating.
But Evri will still get 0 stars!!

Wife ordered the wrong unit so, had to change it. This was ordered on the Saturday, unfortunately they had despatched the order over the weekend before the office team had come in on the Monday and then recalled the product. Correct order has come now and is very good product. My only issue is, you cannot speak to them as there is no phone number to the customer, only email. The issue is that they are extremely slow at returning emails. This is an area that they need to address and improve on. As being a customer and emailing them throughout the day from first thing in the morning only to get an answer the following day is not great.

Ordered a fireplace from Howarm over a week ago and still nothing trying to contact this firm has been nothing but shocking my money has been taken and nothing as of yet to say if my order is on its way ! There is no phone number to ring only an email address I no have currently had to stop being carried out at my home due to not receiving my order ! Disappointed and upset is an understatement and I will no be contacting my bank and the fraud team due to getting no answers and my money being taken

Comfort with a glow!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fabulous fire – looks amazing in my media wall
I purchased this fire from HoWarm for my new media wall and I’m absolutely delighted with it.
It arrived within just a few days and was extremely well packaged and protected. Now that it’s installed, I think it looks fabulous and really finishes the media wall off beautifully.
There are lots of different flame colour options, as well as colour-changing effects for the logs, so you can change the look depending on your mood. You also have the option of using the crystals instead of the logs, which is a nice touch.
It comes with a remote control too, which means I can change the settings from the comfort of the sofa without having to keep getting up — always a bonus! 😂
It looks far more expensive than it actually was and creates a lovely atmosphere in the room. Even my dog seems to approve — although I suspect he thinks the whole media wall was built specifically for him! 🐶🔥
Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

Received the fire really quickly
Received the fire really quickly. It was well packaged and no damage. I used the dimension sizes off the website to prepare the aperture to accept the fire and it was perfect.
Looks and works great. I'm really pleased with it so far. Lets hope it has a long working life.
