Je suis ravi de cet achat. Ma trotinette ix6 est très vite arrivée, et après le montage et les essais, rien à signaler. cette trotinette tien parfaitement la route et semble de bonne fabrication.en ce qui concerne le service après vente , très réactif, arrangeant commercialement, franchement rien à redire. J'ai hésité avant de l'acheter mais la aucun regret. A voir par la suite Je la conseille à toute personne souhaitant s en offrir une.

The bluetooth speaker is trash honestly. Don't buy it for that feature. As a hoverboard it's okay but not amazing for the price.

Meh. Does the job but nothing special. The charger gets really hot which concerns me a bit. Hoverboard itself seems alright.

It's okay. Battery life is disappointing - only getting about 45 minutes of continuous use instead of the hours mentioned. Fine for casual use I guess.

I read the reviews and became optimistic about my purchase and emailed them to cancel my order (and explained why). They responded they were happy to do so, but explained things were better now. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The product arrived very quickly. My daughter got it for her birthday and loves it. We added the hover kart to ours and it has made it useable for anyone (although the seats uncomfortable). It’s a really great fun toy. However I’ve only given 4 stars as it runs out of battery after 40mins playtime. So wouldn’t want to take it for a walk as they’re heavy to carry.

Bought a Hoverboard in November 2024.
Hoverboard stopped functioning in the correct way in last week of January 2025. Took it in for repairs on 12 February 2025. Was told it would be fixed on the Saturday. On 20 February I was told it would be fixed on 22 February 2025. Just letting you know that they are now not answering the phones, went to the site, it is all is closed. Nobody working. their website says working hours 12pm to 16h00. So no refund, no hoverboard, no guarantee that it will be fixed. just a big bunch of lies. People be warned : Do not buy from this company. You WILL regret it it for sure!

Update: Went to the factory on Monday. I was asked to identify the broken Hoverboard amongst about 20 other broken Hoverboards. They have had this Item for over two weeks now and it was just sitting in a corner with other broken hoverboards. If you have a board with this company which is broken and you are waiting for it to be repaired, I am sorry it will not be repaired. The guarantee on the purchase of this item, is just words and nothing more. They do not repair them. The boards are just shoved in a corner inside boxes and on top of each other , just to disappear in the abyss of stolen money, lies and deception, never to be seen again. I left with the broken Hoverboard. Please do not buy yourselves problems by supporting this scamming company.

We brought a hoverboard for our son’s birthday. Straight away there was a malfunction with it and we had to send it back and get a new one. This took months for them to send our replacement. Got the replacement, same malfunction. Asked for money back and now they won’t get back to us! Waste of money! Do not buy!

They are useless, I purchased one for Christmas and it doesn’t work. I have tried contacting them but no response.

Shame there’s no such review available for half a star or zero stars! We gifted an off road hover board for Christmas. It broke on Boxing Day. We are now end of May and trying to get either a replacement or a refund. They don’t respond to my emails and there’s no phone number available. I’m so disappointed to have invested in what I thought was a good quality product. Now my son has no Christmas gift. DO NOT purchase from this company!!

As with most other reviews - this is a terrible product & the service non existent, please avoid. I am based in the BOP and I purchased a hoverboard for daughters Xmas and it worked for approx an hour in total before not operating. Customer service has been inept and non-existent. I am currently hundreds of dollars out of pocket without a board having returned it at my own expense - since then I have had a fortnight of radio silence. Best avoided

Bought a Lamborghini hoverboard in November for my daughters Xmas gift which she opened Xmas day. She got to use it inside for about 5 min before a red flashing light appeared making her fall off as one side suddenly stopped working (failed Gyro). Had to wait a month for the store to reopen after holiday period and after a number of emails had it sent back at my expense which under The Consumer Guarantee's Act I should have been reimbursed. Board arrived back only for the opposite gyro to fail with red lights flashing within minutes of riding it. This compony should not be operating here or anywhere else for that matter. DO NOT BUY FROM HOVERBOARD NZ!!

Only because I can’t give them zero stars! I purchased two TNE off road escooters for my two boys for Christmas. A month after purchasing them they both started cutting out and would just stop for no reason with the exact same fault. After lots of emails they agreed to pay for me to return them to be looked at. After many more emails and me asking for a refund they have said there is water damage and it will cost me in excess of $800 for them to be fixed with no guarantee that there won’t be further issues. I’m now in the process of taking them to the disputes tribunal. The scooters have been housed in my garage the entire time we had them so no idea how they could be water damaged! Hopefully by writing this it prevents other people from spending lots of their money on a product that is absolute crap!

The worse company ever! Go on about support and service and they are totally the worst! Once you have bought the board they never get back to you. One side dosnt work they will not answer emails have been trying for months and no phone number. I WILL NERVR BUY OFF THIS COMPANY AGAIN! BEWARE!!! NO STARS FROM US!

I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with this shoddy outfit. Bought a hoverboard for a childs bday and one side of the board would not work at all out of the box. Trying to contact them is impossible. Phone doesnt work and directs you to email them, emails go unanswered or bounce back. Online contact form is ignored. If I could give no stars I would.

Worst online purchase experience ever. Cheaply manufactured product. Faulty out of the box. Supplier refuses to assist or refund money. Zero communication for nearly three weeks and now wont do anything to help. They have stolen $400 from me and couldn't care less. Its now a matter of principle and is in the hands of lawyers so we can stop these guys from continuing to trade and steal from others. Avoid this supplier at all cost - hoverboard.co.nz. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Purchased 17/11/22, wrapped for Xmas. Used once, won't charge. They opened 15/01/23. Sent ridiculous video after me hounding them, to try and troubleshoot. Request replacement, again, respond asking if I'm sure we didn't damage, request refund. Told Monday refund has been made but Wednesday still no $ back. Undoubtedly the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with.

Was sent a faulty board which stopped for after 1 ride that last maybe 30min! Emailed to have this repairs which I had to cover the shipping costs to send it back !

It was retuned and again not even 30min on it and it’s stopped again ! Doesn’t stay balanced wheel has magnets drag and constant red lights flashing and beeping!!!

Sent emails and tried calling and contacting via Facebook with NO RESPONSE ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
