Incorrect item delivered knowingly!
Message received from housify asking to review purchase when it hadn’t been delivered. When eventually delivered it was the incorrect item. Was advised they’d delivered this item as the item I’d ordered wasn’t in stock! Now have a rug that wasn’t what I ordered and doesn’t match my colour scheme,
Further to Housify’s response:-
I’d specifically ordered from Housify for the quick delivery time as I was moving house and needed the rug to go under a very heavy dining table. It’s a pity that Housify weren’t more accurate with their anticipated delivery dates and I would have ordered from a different supplier. I had no option but to keep the incorrect rug as the rug I wanted wouldn’t be in stock until December.

I can see that shortly after we received your email informing us that the incorrect item had been delivered, we did arrange for the rug to be collected and we did give you the option for a replacement or a full refund however I can see that you did decide to keep the rug you had received.
We would always try and resolve an issue in the best way possible, so we do apologise that you felt unhappy with the service you were provided however there is nothing further we can do than offer a replacement or full refund.

Really really good. This was our second order from Housify for a parquet sideboard and a matching chest of drawers. When I placed the order I accidentally put the wrong delivery address. This was swiftly resolved and the service I received from Sophie was outstanding. The items were delivered on time by two very nice delivery men Craig and Paul and they put them in the rooms I requested which makes life so much easier. When I previously ordered some Rvaastley lamps they also arrived in perfect condition. This has certainly been the easiest online shopping experience I’ve had in years. I will be buying again.

Beautiful product, good price, excellent packaging. Please see my earlier review to understand why not 5 stars. However, when Housify became aware of the problem, it was resolved promptly. If my order had been for a present needed for a specific date, it would have been most inconvenient, but thankfully it wasn’t. Hopefully just a one-off glitch that wouldn’t deter me from ordering again. Vast majority of customers appear to have received excellent service and the way a business responds to negative reviews shows how they value their customers. Thanks Amber!

Received jars and two were damaged by the delivery van, They arranged for them to be collected and waited for me to get back from my holiday before they sent new ones, which are beautiful, brilliant service and I got to chat with the same people who had written notes.
