I had a very bad experience with this company selling a flat. They took a far larger commission than is reasonable even allowing for the fact that they specialise in selling difficult properties. The contract, which I didn’t see for a month after they started the process, gave no indication of the amount of commission they would charge. If you decide to go with the company, get this information in writing before agreeing to anything. The ombudsman found in my favour and I was awarded compensation. This did not make up the loss but at least gave the company hassle.

Simon went above and beyond on many occasions and was utterly brilliant throughout.
Scheduled calls, never missed. Informative friendly and professional. I have to admit I was sceptical of the whole online estate agency but I was proved wrong and very happy to be! Wholeheartedly recommend

I found a property which l want to buy (now elderly and downsizing) But because l haven’t yet put my bungalow on the market it’s difficult to get a viewing. However, once l found Home Sales Direct l had an excellent and very helpful Sales man, Jordon, who managed to arrange this for me. Things have apparently become very different from when l last sold and bought my current home in 1997, and Jordon was so patient in explaining everything. I would highly recommend him and HSD.

We have had a rly good experience with Jordan from HSD buying our first house, everything has been very straight forward and effortless. They have been accommodating of our occasional indecisiveness and we have not been pressured into anything we were uncomfortable with. Any time I have needed clarification on an issue Jordan has been there on the phone right away to make things clear.

Early days in the process but all seems very clear and helpful, Fatima Bibi and Alex were great and always happy to answer questions when needed.

From the outset House Sales Direct were in contact with us with regular updates, having sold our house within two weeks of it being on the market. About half way through the process, Josh Thain became our main contact and he continued with the fortnightly and then weekly updates. He worked hard for us, contacting the various agents involved and feeding back to us every week. Huge thanks to Josh, who was so efficient, friendly and reassuring throughout.
