Lovely sign, disappointing turnaround time
The sign itself is lovely and I’m pleased with it, but I was disappointed by the turnaround. I appreciate handmade items require production time, but nine days from ordering before the parcel was handed to the courier is longer than I would reasonably expect for a standard, non-personalised item advertised with a typical 2–5 working-day dispatch time. I would hesitate to order again if I needed an item by a particular date.

As each item is handmade to order solely by me, my stated processing time is up to 7 working days before dispatch, with most orders leaving within 2–5 working days. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays, so the total number of calendar days can sometimes be longer than expected while still falling within the advertised processing time.
As this review doesn’t include any name or order details I’m unable to verify the specific order.
I completely understand that customers ordering for a particular date need certainty, which is why the processing and dispatch timeframe is on the website in FAQs, at checkout and again in the order confirmation email. I’m always happy for customers to contact me before ordering if they have a specific deadline, so I can advise whether I’m able to accommodate it.
