This company did a brilliant job
This company did a brilliant job. The number of 5* reviews is merited. Alfie met with me and was very careful to make sure he understood out needs. They were efficient with the organisation and completed the clearance carefully. They communicated with me throughout the day as I was not present and carefully cleaned up afterwards. The empty house was left in a very clean condition in fact, cleaner than it was before. We also like that unwanted goods were not sent to landfill and were rehomed usefully.

Reliable and efficient house clearance
My mum was downsizing her house and needed it decluttered. Alfred and his team were brilliant.
They were reliable and efficient, only needing a few days to get most of the work done. They even moved my mum to her new property.
Biggest thing for us was they were trustworthy and friendly. My mum had been through an ordeal, so having strangers in her home was worrying but Alfred and his team were very thoughtful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Brilliant Service following a bereavement
Would definitely recommend house clearance scotland. After my mum passed away I attempted to clear the house myself, but couldn't face it. Alfred was so nice and explained the process, and told me the cost, he was not pushy in any way, and left me to think about it. They take absolutely everything and it all gets reused. They even find a use for toiletries, food, everything and I decided it was well worth it, saving me the stress, time and cost to contact various charities and trips to the tip with vans. When you think about all that time, money and stress, the cost was worth it. On the day, Damien and Dan were there to meet me, and were so polite and courteous. I mentioned I had been trying to find some small screwdrivers I knew mum had. The place was left immaculate they even emotied the freezer, hoovered cleaned the floor and worktops, and left a set of keys they found, and those screwdrivers! I had no interest in profiting from mums things, and Alfred and the team have given me comfort knowing all the charities and people less fortunate will benefit from her things. Thank you

How can they get five stars from everyone?! Simple: they have really high standards in every aspect of their work. Alfred dealt with the clearing of my mother's house with courtesy and dignity. It was obvious that he and his crew (shout out to Damian!) have pride in the quality of their work. A fine group of people doing an excellent job.

House clearance after separation.
I reached out to this company to clear my home after a separation. The house was left in an awful state, piles of dirty clothing, rotten and mouldy food, furniture, toys etc all abandoned.
They were helpful and professional all through the process, they kept me updated with pictures and videos and kept in touch daily.
The job was completed in a timely and efficient manor and far exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend house clearance Scotland highly enough.

Quick, friendly & tidy service
I decided to use the company after realising it would be too difficult for me to do everything myself as I live far away, also I was keen to donate the furniture. I chose the company based on reviews. Alfred and his team cleared my late mother's bungalow thoroughly in less than a morning and hoovered up afterwards. The guys are all very polite and efficient, definitely recommend.
