I bought a bed frame for my son, they say will be delivered between 29th and the 1st,from the tracking gps it was out on the 1st were near my house but no delivery that day. After that it say out for delivery today between bla bla and nothing fir five days,contact the seller very bed costumer service, contact the provider BandQ asked for refund dont want the parcel any more, the say contact the seller which I did they say we gonna refund you when we get the parcel delivered to us 🙄 the parcel that I did not received lol what a jock.tiday I'm writing this is the 7th and still after my refund.
Don't use them and stay in peace

Bought through Debenhams so proving a nightmare to return the second unopened item

So firstly I cannot fault the ease and quality of the desk for the price I paid (£30). It was easy to put together and it good enough as I say for the price. It was dispatched and delivered quickly and without issues. The issue came with the description, when I purchased it the description was BEECH effect, which would’ve fitted perfectly with the room, but when delivered it was OAK effect. I raised a ticket with customer service and eventually got a reply stating that the order system said oak effect. I have replied with a screenshot of my order showing beech effect but am yet to get a response. I am keeping the desk as my partner is fan of it and I can’t be bothered to go through the faff of sending it back and getting a refund for the sake of £30.

This company also supplies via B&Q but I bought directly from them and had no issues. The bathroom cabinet arrived very quickly, was well packaged, had no damage, and had all of the screw bits needed to build it. The product itself could've done with slightly more detailed instructions, but I think that is more a problem of my DIY experience!

Don't use them. Bought from them via B&Q weeks ago. They sent me a damaged wardrobe. Said they would arrange collection and delivery of a replacement but having sat in for three days waiting neither has happened. The customer services guys basically just blame the couriers and i am sat hundreds out of pocket. Don't trust them.

got a bathroom unit delivered which had clearly been returned so there were damaged bit. Reported it and 5 days later i got a reply, explained the problem and they said they would replace i just need to send the number of the item. no problem so i replied to the email and i got a bounce back saying i can no longer reply to the email and i have to go through the website which i did but i had to create another ticket with the information on. a week later i got a reply so again i couldn't reply to the email and had to raise ANOTHER ticket. 6 new raised tickets with all of the information and photos and another week later i'm still waiting for a reply. Item was delivered EASTER, i still have no replacements, still have no reply and £100 out of pocket. The customer service is horrific! Never again will i buy from here
