Great experience from start to finish five star service from the delivery team and Fiona from customer service ⭐ I haven’t opened the Hot Tub yet because we are renovating the garden but I’m sure everything will be ok setting the Hot tub up and go as smoothly as everything else has. 🙂

Recently bought an Albany 3 hot tub from them. Fiona was very helpful on the phone when we were choosing our model, answering all of questions and guiding us through things we needed to know. The two delivery men were efficient and carefully manoeuvred the tub to where we wanted it.

A thoroughly simple and straightforward experience! The sales team were great, able to answer the questions we had. Added a cover lifter to our order a few days later without issue. Communication was excellent and on the delivery day the installation team of Hoobert & Zen were pleasant, and hard working. All in all a really great service from start to finish! We love our hot tub and I’d recommend this company if you are looking for a hot tub. Five Stars!

Fiona was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my needs. She answered every question I had with patience and professionalism, and her advice was spot on. I honestly don’t think I would have made such a great choice without her guidance.

The delivery was smooth and efficient, especially as it was a tight squeeze and the team made sure everything was in place before they left. The hot tub itself is amazing, powerful jets, great temperature control, and a sleek design that looks fantastic. It’s been a total game changer for relaxing and unwinding at the end of the day.

I have nothing but positive things to say about hottubmaster! At every stage of our purchase, Andrew and the team have been nothing but exceptional. Customer service is second to none. Our initial enquiry was not straight forward, as our hot tub had to be maneuvered through a garage, up several steps, across decking and then down more steps. This was no problem. Andrew and the team have a 'can do' approach, and along with the comprehensive pre-delivery checks and route checking service, we were confident that we were placing our order with the right company. When delivery day finally arrived, the team from hottubmaster were outstanding. We were told when to expect the hot tub and delivery went off without a problem. I'd highly recommend the installation service as well as placement. Well worth it! The hot tub is great, came just in time for summer!

Can not thank the brilliant installers Ash & Lawrence who came to deliver & fit my hot tub they were not fazed when it wouldn't go in my garden past an over hang on my veranda & took the screen down to manoeuvre it in place & put it all back good as new 😀

Great sales, product, delivery and aftercare, even dealing with a small problem effortlessly and quickly.

From making initial contact with this company i must say it has been extremely professional and exciting to purchase a hot tub from them. From meeting the team in the showroom in Edinburgh right through to the fitters and the girls at head office it has been a pleasure. Nothing was an issue and the tub is fantastic.

We ordered a hot tub a few months ago and could not be happier with the service we received from hot tub master, from order to delivery and after sales service we cannot fault them.

The whole experience was absolutely great! From the first enquiry in regards to the pricing, delivery, etc - Fiona was super helpful and looked after us throughout the journey. We were informed in advance when the delivery will take place and what time they'll get here. The drivers called on the day with an hour head ups. The drivers/installers were so efficient, careful, prompt, and skillful. Left the area tidy. The hottub itself was well packaged, a great quality and is working very well. It was such an easy process - we've been very pleased with it all. We love our hottub, and if ever needed, we won't hesitate to contact them again. Thank you for everything.

Love the hottub - super specious - 5 seat (including 2 loungers) - lovely design. We got complimentary cover and steps - awesome! Got the lifting handle fitted - Best decision ever. All the chemicals were purchased were delivered and made our life so much easier.

Purchesed Calm Stream 2 about 6 months ago and happy so far. No problems at all. Delivery guys also did a perfect job, where I thought it wont fit through the opening, but they made it happen. Definitely would recommend them.

The Customer Service experience wasn't great to be honest.

I completed all the paperwork and answered all the questions pretty quickly but then a few days before delivery they called me to advise of a problem. The first person I spoke to offered a refund instead of even attempting to address the concerns and find a solution (not great). A supervisor then called me and after a couple of conversations said that the delivery would be attempted. He also said he would call me back after he listened to the recordings (as I was being blamed for something which was not correct) but I never got a call back.

The delivery team however were great. They didn't see a problem, just highlighted solutions and managed to get the hot tub in without a hitch. They also noticed an issue that hadn't been picked up by the online team which led to us having to relocate the hot tub to a different area of the garden. Again, the Customer Service team should have picked up on this but the delivery team sorted it and couldn't have been happier with how they handled everything.

Overall, Customer Service needs to be reviewed, the delivery team were amazing and more than happy with the product.
