HotelRunner provides great online solutions for hoteliers. We increased the number of online travel agencies we work thanks to HotelRunner's channel manager. We manage our rates and inventories easily through desktop or mobile devices. They provide support service even on weekends and very easy to get some help.
I have been using Hotelrunner for 2 years now and I am extremely satisfied! I use Hotelrunner as Channel manager with a link to Booking.com, among others. I also use Hotelrunner as a reservation site for my own website. Support takes a little longer but works well!
I paid the bought the HotelRunner Channel Manager for 2 years. I was duped in by over 50% discount offered by them. Now I regret that I should have never gone for it. We have repeatedly over booked by Channel Manager, contacted them on all the occasion. We received reply but after 24 to 48 hours latter. They do not have customer service. You can only contact them though Email only. No online chat, no phone number to call only through email. I requested them several occasions to have an online session to explain how we keep the updated inventory but no chance. I even told them that if they do not arrange an online session, I will have no option but to leave them....and you know what- no reply. At last I have no option but to leave them negative feedback here and leave them at half of the contract and I am going for somebody else. I have contacted the guy called Abel at Hotelunner, and always received a standard reply.
Avoid them at all costs if you can.
Realy NOT happy with the synchronizing between Hotelrunner(Wix) and Booking.com. Send multiple emails, support sends me answers and solutions that after 10 days still do not work.
Even after extending the trial period and sending emails, being advised to send in a ticket through Wix....it doesn't work.
Not happy, I would be carefull before getting the subscription...during trial it has not been operational for us.
Hotelrunner cannot fix it!
Wix solution offered? Get a new account, maybe that will help. Then use iframe with another provider for communicating with booking.com. So they expect us to transfer both Wix business websites to a new account and hope it will then work?? That will cost us a few days of extra work and the compensation offered? 3 months extension of our premium plan...So be warned! They admit it doesn't work, but you pay the price!!
We really regret leaving Wordpress for these guys. A full refund of the premium account would be in place here! It has already damaged our business, because of double booking during the not functioning weeks.

Good Chanel Manager, Has loads of features to help manage your accommdation business. Can be a little complex especially dealing with what information is supported by what channel however Hotel Runner team are always available for support. Renewed my membership for a second year and would recommend.

I am from chain 7s Hotel from Vietnam, using Hotelrunner for all hotels in group. It is very useful to see the insights of each hotels and group.
We prefer all function of HotelRunner offer both CMS, PMS, and RMS too.

Very good platform for hotels. The support team is ready always for helping!
HotelRunner support is fast and helpful. Sending out different prices to selected channels is centralized to make for a seamless experience. Overall I've saved plenty of time and my ability to be more efficient due to my staff numbers. Thank you and I highly recommend using this awesome service.
