Total scam - to be avoided like the plague
I hereby formally contest the conditions of the hotel as they strongly discord with the expectations and quality described.
Since arrival at the hotel, the conditions appeared to be of poor hygiene, neglect and degradation. Door of dubious safety, dirty stairs, cold and sloppy environment. The door of the hotel unkempt, uncertain entrance, bell not working, terrible impact. We had to knock hard to to be received. Staff in attentive, very bad conditions.
The room conditions do not correspond at all to the presentation photos. Door of dubious security, old windows with poor sealing, evident humidity. Old, non-covering curtains allow abundant light to permeate, not guaranteeing a peaceful sleep. Moreover, two side windows are without any covering, damp glass, poor radiator, not very functional. Poor quality furniture, bathroom of dubious hygiene. We hereby request the immediate return of the amount corresponding to the entire stay as the general conditions are absolutely totally in discordance with expectations. Moreover, this causes moral damage and practical management. We are not able now of looking for another hotel at a similar price. Considering that we are tourists with a few days available we have to undergo a drastic change in the plans of the stay.
