I Love the way garry and alison fix the problem. I figure the time exactly when these both are available on chat and they fix my problem within seconds.

Used them for nearly 2 years, but when support was giving me canned (cut & paste) fesponses and not actually reading my support requests, I decided to dump them.

Transferring website was awesome and not being talked down to like my previous host is great. They take their time and actually look into what is going on. I had the same issue yesterday and spoke to a woman working there and she was a little dismissive in my request, but today Garry picked it right back up and helped me. Thanks so much!!
