We hired them to make a website for us and to provide hosting for it. They Said they will finish the website in 7 days, after 8 months of constant begging to finally finish our website we decided to tell them to either finish it as soon as possible or give us our money back. They answered that we were not a priority since they were working for better paying customers in US, and that they wont give us our money back. To this day (2 years later) our site was not finished and they charged us again for hosting (hosting of nothing). Do NOT use their services, you will get scamed.

They charged me double for hosting, now they will not answer my tickets (never did in the past either) asking for my money back...If you do use this place Iwould go through Paypal, as at least you may have a chance of getting your money back..Beware they will not talk to you, they will not help you, they will take extra money out and not give it back, they will be the worst decision you will ever make,

I order my hosting couple of months ago and I got very good service.
In begin I was a little bit sceptical,becouse I never heard for them before. So far not even a single issue and they have huge + from me.

Recently I started to use HostJedi service for my first website, and for now I did`t have any problems. Their support team help me a lot when I started. I hope it will be the same in the future.

Simply great and many thanks for everything from support to the good offers! I just needed a dedicated server like one I bought on HostJedi and their support help me a lot with my choices.

Well, I just needed a simple shared hosting for my promo website and after a long thought, I decided to buy one from HostJedi. So far everything is fine and working as it should.

I am not sure for the other business areas but dedicated server option which I buy for my online store on HostJedi works very well. I was a bit skeptical at the start but they are fair enough with fast support.
