I had issues with my web files which I didn't upload properly. Within 3 minutes of explanation to Hostens admin called Michail, he pointed me to the issue and was resolved in one click. I'm building a new website from scratch - I'm not a webmaster, but reasonably technical, and the startup experience has been quite good, in large part due to responsive help from their support rep Leva. The price can't be beat - I left Wix due to the cost; these folks are super reasonably priced.
