X09 RC car broken within 30 minutes. Customer service barely responds. Who knows if I'll even get replacement parts and when. Drove in flat grass field for 30 minutes broken steering servo and front dog bone. Car never even went through one battery. Will now spend more time fixing it then I did driving it but Hosim customer service hardly responds so who knows if it will ever be fixed. Would highly recommend going with a different brand and not purchasing Hosim

Worst experience ever. You have to prove yourself what's wrong when something breaks. Batteries don't charge, and then they tell you to send a video. Then they say, "Try our charger," even though the other charger is perfectly fine. You buy the charger they recommended, and it still doesn't work. You have to prove again that you're absolutely certain it doesn't work. Meanwhile, after having the car for three weeks, the engine is broken. Their response is, "Prove to us that it's the engine that's broken..." It's a never-ending journey. I strongly advise against it.
