Will not order from them again. Theyre waaaay too slow and their website is misleading! If you’re not in Ireland do not use the IE domain and make it clear where your location is so people don’t waste time waiting for you to ship their orders that will take more than 1 week

The turnout rugs that I bought arrived this morning, which was perfect timing because I was just heading out to my horse.
The light rain turnout rug is beautiful and looks great on my horse.

After realising this website is not in Ireland, I began to panic if my order would arrive in time, however it arrived 10 days earlier than estimated (placed order Nov 28th arrived Dec 8th . Items received were exactly what I ordered. Very happy and will definitely order again.

Fraudulent, avoid at all cost. Sizes of pants way bigger than supposed size. Customerservice did not answer a single email in 1,5 months, had to pay 15€ of shipping cost back to Germany because the return labels operator GLS is not supported by the local Irish shops anymore. Now the returned package came back without an explanation. So I am down 150€ with no benefit but frustration! The german consumer protection authorities will be informed if I will not get the refund within the next two weeks, as this behaviour is illegal plus it's a german company pretending to be local Irish.

Received the wrong size, returned it on the 22nd September, it was delivered to their return facility on the 30th September and I am still waiting on a refund. Tried contacting them via the contact form twice & the email address twice, no response. Very poor service, will not be ordering from them again

Ordered boots for my daughter on 14th May, they never arrived, the courier company didn’t recognise the tracking number provided. It took 4 weeks of emailing Horze.ie to get them to investigate and send me a replacement pair. I would be reluctant to order from them again based on my one and only experience.
