I had a great experience with horologium Ltd. I've a Ollech&wajs 2004 divers watch which needed a new crown and crown tube, new crystal and a service, living in Ireland I reached out to several companies to no avail. I even contacted Ollech&wajs in Switzerland and they couldn't help citing unavailability of parts for old models! I found Horologium after much searching and from the get go they were 100% professional, Raphael answered all my questions promptly, and today I received my watch back running well, in fact running like a Swiss watch! Fantastic service from Horologium!
Needed a replacement battery for Botta Uno 24 watch as well as a minor repair to the watch dial (not a brand I can commonly find in the UK anymore). Speedy responses to emails and watch was fixed within a week.

Great service and excellent communications. My Icelandic watch needed a repair to the crown and when I dropped it off, the work was clearly described to me. Slight problems getting the necessary parts were relayed to me and I was kept fully informed throughout. I now have my watch back - looking great and working again.
