Despite being a collector and enthusiast for over 15 years, I had not come across Horologium in the watch space. However, needing a potential repair to one of my vintage Squale’s, I reached out to the company directly who in turn directed me to Horologium as their approved repair centre in the U.K.

Firstly the enquiry process is streamlined and straight forward and I received a reply with options and approximate costings within 24 hours. The watch was subsequently shipped using a prepaid address label and I was notified of safe receipt. Once inspected the service and repair diagnosis was outlined in depth.

A special mention to Alvin who was insightful, informative and professional throughout our dealings. No pressure and no up selling of services that were not required.

My watch was returned very safely packaged. Clear there is great care taken with our treasured trinkets.

Always good to come across trusted watchmakers and I will certainly consider Horologium for future servicing and repairs going forward.

I was put in contact with Horologium via Beaucroft as my mechanical watch was acting a bit erratically.
They managed to fix it very quickly, with regular updates of the on-going progress, and now the watch works as if brand new again.

I reached out to Horologium with a service concern about my Studio Underdog watch. These days, dealing with customer service can sometimes feel discouraging, but their response was quick and detailed, addressing my specific concerns thoroughly. It reassured me that there was nothing wrong with my watch. I got the sense that if there had been an issue, they would have been more than willing to assist, which made me feel confident in their support.

Came to them with a problem with my Watermelon (Gen3). Super easy process to get the watch to them and within a few days of receiving it, they had figured out the issue and resolved it. Sent back with to me with no issues. Watch now works perfectly.

Studio Underd0g Strawberries and Cream. I had a question about the operation of the watch. Informed service that I was planning to sell it. They were very responsive and treated me like a valued customer.

Bought the Pink Lemonade, which is a standout design. Build quality is great. Sits beautifully on the wrist. Some people online have commented it's a little thick, due to the super cool multi-layer dial, but it slips easily under the cuff of my shirt.

I wasn't happy with the particular example I got. The guys at Studio Underd0g were awesome about it. They allowed me to pick out a new one and covered all the international shipping. Couldn't be happier with the service, and couldn't be happier with the design. Keep it up guys!

I’m happy with the service provided by Horologium. Communication was clear, and they worked with their external partner in Germany, who did a great job with my watch. They also replaced the dial free of charge, which was a nice gesture. Overall, the process was smooth, and my watch looks great now.

I had expected it to take a while but they got it serviced quickly. They kept me up to date and informed me of the issue and what they had done to resolve it. They also monitored it to make sure that it was definitely fixed which was good piece of mind. Overall it was a great experience with great customer service

Great service, fast communication. Arranged a courier to collect the watch from my door, returned within the week, post battery change and service, including time for quality control. Although this service cost more than local jewellers, due to nature of the watch & request, would certainly recommend for smaller / nicher watches.

Sending watch to service went very smoothly (even outside UK), and I have been well informed about each step - much appreciated!
Now, after few weeks with watch returned can also confirm that service fixed the issue and watch work perfectly now.

They dealt with the issue really quickly and communicated throughout the whole process really well. As it turned out there was nothing wrong with my Studio Underdog seconds hand i just never received the instruction manual when i first bough the watch.

Communication between us was very good indeed. From first contact until my watch was repaired I was in no doubt it was in good hands. A very positive experience and would have no regrets in using them again or recommending them to anyone.

Recently contacted Horologium after coming to believe my new Studio Underd0g chronograph was faulty - as it turned out, I just wasn't winding it fully leading to the chronograph not engaging properly.

Alvin was quick to respond, able to easily identify what my issue was and provided me with a very thorough explanation of what was causing it. Alvin was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly cares about their work.

Overall a pleasure to deal with and I feel reassured that my new watch would be in very good hands if any fault did actually arise.

I was advised when my watch arrived with them, how it progressed, and when it was due to be returned.
At every stage the communication was friendly and helpful, and everybody showed the utmost patience when dealing with my frequent questions.

I contacted Horologium recently to enquire about Sellita SW200-1 and the ETA 2824 pros and cons, as these movements have popped up many times during my search for a watch.
Alvin replied to my questions with detailed answers which were very helpful and I’m grateful for this.
When the time comes to service the watch that I decide to buy I will definitely use Horologium.
