Ben was amazing! He helped me with paperwork to make a distribution as the guardian of my son's accounts, with the history of both of our accounts and more! He was incredibly patient with helping me understand the entire process. My original intent was to close my son's account and instead I am not only keeping my son's account open I am opening new accounts for myself strictly due to the excellent customer service I received from Ben. He was truly wonderful. I have just had a terrible and extremely expensive time attempting to remove funds from Equity Trust and still a couple weeks later still do not have the funds! Not to mention they closed my accounts with high fees, penalties and more! I will be telling everyone about my experience with Ben ~ he has renewed my faith in self directed Roth IRA accounts! Thank you so much, Ben ~ you should be in charge of customer service for and teach other companies how it should be done; however, please don't leave ~ we need you! Thank you again for all the help.

I was referred to Brandi at Horizon by a friend who spoke highly of her knowledge and professionalism. She was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. They are consistently helpful; wait times are always short. The people are knowledgeable and always answer my questions right the first time (unlike most banks and insurnance companies...). I can either downloand forms or docusign them and processing times are reasonable (compared to certain crypto exchanges in particular...)

Dana from the Horizon Trust transfer dept. proved to be extremely helpful. She assisted me by emailing the proper forms to me in order to execute my transaction. This is not her regular task, as she was filling in for staff who were at lunch. Her patience and professionalism are exemplary, and it was a pleasure verbally interfacing with her.
