We really can’t recommend Horizon enough - from Aidan’s initial visit through Paul surveying to Scott, Harry, Andy and Graham fitting the warm room and decking. It was a truly great experience both from a product perspective, but more important the helpful and professional service in the install - we had some challenges with an existing substandard conservatory that they removed and the guys sorted it without even telling us of any issues so we didn’t stress - just informing us what they’d done. Truly great team and company

I have had several jobs done this year and in past years with Horizon. I can’t fault them, the goods they provide and their excellent installers. Malcolm installed my new French doors today and, as always, I’m delighted with the finished result.

Ordered a new front door, which we are delighted with and replacement unit for one window. From ordering to delivery and fitting, there were no dramas, everything was easy and happened as it should. Really pleased with the quality products and seamless install. Will use again if we need anything else and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you!

We were very fortunate to win a new door, after entering a completion at a local agricultural show. From the initial enticement to enter the competition, right through to the install of the door everyone was friendly and helpful. Malcolm, who came and fitted the door was helpful, clean and tidy and professional, even when having to cut a hole for the cat flap. What a legend.

From the very beginning, Andrew was extremely helpful and informative. When Ryan and Olly took over, the transition was seamless and Of course, the real stars of the show fitting the conservatory they were not only friendly and helpful but, most importantly, incredibly hard-working.

This is the second time Ryan and Scott have carried out installations for me this year. In June it was replacing windows and last weekend they recladded my large dormer window. They are a couple of great guys, very efficient, hard working and friendly. I was very impressed they ploughed on through heavy rain on Saturday! Brilliant job, very pleased. You’ve got a great couple of workers there Horizon!

I think this is the third time Harry and Scott have come and done work for us. As always they were super friendly, efficient, tidy and a pleasure to have around the house. The standard of their work is excellent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Horizon.

Scott and Ryan did a neat and tidy job to our fascias , soffits and gutters on our garage. Polite and friendly and got on with the job.

Anyone can buy windows and fit them but it’s all about the after sales care, Horizon go above and beyond to make sure your windows and doors are adjusted and any issues sorted asap.

The stable door and cat flap they fitted were excellent quality, the work was professinal and they took pride in their work which is rare these days.
