The site was very easy to navigate and informative. I haven't received my first box yet but I have received my ebook downloads. The projects look very practical and interesting. The color yarns chosen for the first box are attractive and there are free knitting accessories in the box.

Love hooks and needles subscription boxes. I get excited when I know it’s on its way to me wondering what project I will get to do next, the instructions are crystal clear which is great for someone who has only just learnt to crochet in the last year. The free gifts are always so useful and the quality of the yarn is amazing.

A Subscription Worth Your Time
Hooks and Needles knitting subscription is a great box. The yarn is of excellent quality, the booklet has interesting and helpful tips as well as easy to follow patterns in a variety of skill levels, giving options to the beginner as well as the advanced knitter, and the extra accessories are a fun surprise. The flexibility in having tour box delivered as frequently or as little as you desire is helpful to any budget. I would highly recommend this box to any knitter. (They have crochet boxes, too.)

I love this monthly subscription…
I love this monthly subscription because it give you 3 projects beginners intermediate and advanced and I'm intermediate. The Directions are easy to follow plus it has pictorials And it to show you what the project looks like at each stage. Good job hooks and needles.

I bought this for my daughter. Took forever to get to the uk. I found customer services not helpful at all. They ignored my last message!
This subscription is not worth the value you say. Sorry to say but this is going to be cancelled.
Look at social media - Facebook. Lots of disappointed people.For example same booklet different crochet instructions, how is that possible? Also with the wool given the headband will only fit a baby's head! Please refund, this box is not worth what I paid what you think it is worth. Take a look at crochet society in the uk, the subscription boxes they make are amazing.

I love learning to do something new, with that said i struggled a little bit. Writing instructions are hard for me, so thankful for the videos :). My first square is not real a a square lol… but practice makes better

I am not sure that they have actual…
I am not sure that they have actual customer service. I have not received my first box and according to my tracking number it never was picked up. I have had a "we promise to look into it" and a request for my address again. You also cannot get a person on the phone since all times are outside their normal customer service number. I have called morning, afternoon, evening, weekdays and weekends. Nothing works. I am very frustrated. I honestly thought this would be fun but it isn't headed that direction.

I would give it zero stars if I could
UPDATE: it is Nov 22, the company Said they'd look into it, they did finally respond to an email but there has still been ZERO progress with the orders or any sign of anything shipping.
I would give it zero stars if I could. It has been 6 weeks since my initial order, and they have already charged me for the second box. But I have NEVER received a single box. When I originally reached out to customer service, they said the carrier lost the package (marked as never even received by carrier on the tracker) and that they issued a replacement. That replacement ALSO never made it to the carrier according to the tracker. I have tried MULTIPLE times since to reach out to customer service and have been completely ignored. I have tried the live chat and no one responds for hours, if ever. There are zero email replies since the original. I got a single automated email that delivery volume is high and to give it a couple more business days. I cannot give more than 2 months worth of business days to receive a monthly subscription. I have received many emails asking me to rate both boxes that I haven't seen. I tried to even respond to one and rate it 1 star because it never arrived just to find that they only post their 4 and 5 star reviews to their website which screams total scam. I had been so excited for this box, but this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company.

Couldn’t access my account to get the account details I needed. Their website wouldn’t send the emails they said you had to receive in order to receive the login code.
So, no access to my own information and billing. It’s like they took my information hostage, refusing me access.
They did not assist in getting me into my account.
So I emailed them BEFORE my next billing date to have it cancelled.
They ignored me. They knew it’d auto bill so they weren’t concerned about taking my money to add to their pocket for nothing.
I had to go through my bank to have any action.
Feels scammy and I’ll never do it again.

No package, no money, no answer from support
Absolutely the worst experience ever. My order was never delivered because they incorrectly entered my address. It’s been two months, and I’ve been writing to support with no response—seems like a dummy email that no one reads.
I can’t comment on the quality of the package, but be prepared to say goodbye to your money if any issues arise because their support simply doesn’t exist.
