The log house deal went well because we were served by an excellent salesman, Kai Holm. After that, nothing went as agreed, i.e. other so-called professionals are not willing to understand what customer service is. The house package was delivered more or less on time, but it was significantly missing parts and when asked about them, the company representatives do not even answer messages or give misleading answers. The product is hopefully good, but the customer service is incredibly poor.

I was a client of Ober consulting kft and their chief Josef Obaniay. People have no conscience, they don't comply with the norms. It seems that no one followed the plan, they did it somehow, and even did not meet the deadlines. The price doesn't correspond to the actions AT ALL! Josef doesn't want to contact me. In addition to the fact that they did everything badly, they also do not want to be responsible for their actions

Stay away from them, it's very sad that Honka began to cooperate with them

Josef Obaniai and his assemblers from ober consulting kft are scammers. I don't understand how Honka cooperates with them. The quality of the fasteners in my house is disgusting. They put me cheap self-tapping screws, and my dear ones, for sure, dragged them away. A disgusting company. I do not recommend anyone to deal with them.
