Me fue fácil reservar. Aun no he estado en el alojamiento reservado pero la web es intuitiva.

Very unclear, still not sure if it’s booked. VERY limited payment options & unable to ask questions. Would NEVER use again. Have tried to find particular chalet elsewhere so can abandon this awkward and unhelpful website, not even sure it’s real and not just scamming my credit card?

UPDATE - thank you for this reply but you have still not answered whether the accommodation is actually booked or not? I have tried paying and have a demand to pay but the payment isn't working. Is the booking now cancelled? I have emailed your help line with urgent twice yesterday, there is no 'online chat' to get support immediately that I could find? I cannot go ahead and book elsewhere if as you say I have 'made a contract to pay' but neither can I get any of my credit cards to be accepted by your site - I entered payment 3 times / 2 cards hence the worry you are just scamming my cards!

UPDATE 2 - email now received that the booking can be cancelled as neither of the only two payment options offered are working for me (despite using both credit cards on other items the same day). Property looks good but very awkward booking service and only received reply after complaining through TrustPilot. Have experienced much better service on other travel booking sites.

Mi peor experiencia sali estafada por medio de esta página, reserve no utilice la reserva supuestamente me harían el reembolso y jamas me lo hicieron y se escudan en que el reembolso lo tiene que hacer el dueño, cuando reserve por medio de ellos es una vergüenza perdi mi dinero ladrones no hay otra palabra para esta página si la ven ullan.
