Great product and quick efficient delivery 10/10

Not sure how this company is still trading in the UK. I can only assume a large number of these reviews must be fake. I ordered a cooking pot worth £150 from them and they sent me a cheap alternative that is worth very little and offered me a 20% discount on my next order, as if I would order from them again. They are seemingly refusing to allow me to return the item so it seems like I'm going to have to report to trading standards and my bank. Steer clear

Most of these reviews contrast completely with my experience. My item never arrived and customer service offered me a 20% discount then proceeded to ignore me.

I had to wait a while for the delivery however the support desk was very helpful and followed up about the delay. The product itself will still need to be tested.

Just what I was looking for !!

Good product but it took a while to arrive. I was prepared to wait because it fits my decor. Otherwise I would have gone with alternatives

Incredibly poor pricing on the website - totals and discounts dont match at all and there is no final screen with what youve paid - this is incredibly misleading,

I was given a delivery date of between 2nd and 9th March, ive emaled for tracking to be told its not even being dispatched for another 3 days and i can expect it in the next 14

Good quality product, the escape ladder is for a 16th centaury house where the upper floor has limited escape routes, this product is perfect for the safety of the young family.

I initially had some trouble ordering but the Homeloft team helped me out and we received our order very quickly. Thank you!

Items are amazing, arrived promptly..

I had a problem with the frame. After acknowledging the issue the company was quick to offer a lternatives and then provided a replacement.

Ordered a print on the 4th of December in the hope it would arrive in time for Christmas. 2 weeks later after realising I hadn't heard anything I emailed to ask for updates. They said it would now be dispatched between December 17th- January 2nd. I requested a postage refund as for £7 postage I was hoping it would be quicker than this. Was instead offered 20% off my next order, which I declined as I won't be ordering from there again. received another email 3 days later saying it would now be shipped on the 22nd December - 2nd January. It is now the 6th of January and I have not received my item or any updates. Can't get through on the phone.

I asked for a refund after item wasn’t delivered and they responded a week AFTER I had requested a refund with ‘item is now shipped so we cannot refund’. BUT my item hadn’t shipped when I asked for a refund. Total scam and customer service is lacking to say the least. If you want to order from the company expect a month lead time for shipping 😱
Just awful.

Sold a dangerous product (breakable glass), listed as actor safe, causing a minor injury and risking a potentially fatal one. Refused to take any responsibility for this.

Really liked the product, very happy with it and the delivery was on time
