Products are amazing. Communication is great. Process is efficient.

The communication with staff before deciding to purchase was excellent as was the communication with staff about expected delivery date.

The package arrived yesterday and all appears ok upon unpacking. Tomorrow will be the day to assemble. Hopefully that all goes well.

This was the only place I could find what I was looking for and the prices were displayed up front

Should have emailed and said it had a American plug you cannot use in New Zealand bought a adapter and it still cannot work.It looks like a New Zealand site but it's not.
Been in touch twice not answered the second time.
Did offer a $25 to purchase a adapter but still will not work.
Money has not arrive yet.Yes money has arrived but adapter did not work juicer not going.
The juicer is not going with the U S adapter we bought so we could use it with NZ power point.
Can I send it back to America have the box but need postal address.to courier back.

I received a scam email claiming to be TNT looking for short paid postage, but it had your reference number. You were too slow responding to my query leaving me thinking I had been scammed. Product itself is very good

Like other reviewers , I just want to point out this is not a N Z based company , and even worse , I suspect they simply goods off Amazon , AliExpress , Temu , etc AFTER you have ordered and paid them . I was just searching for a specific item -- Homeloft wanted over $460 for it , and 30 days to deliver it . The exact same product , same brand even , is $US40 , plus $US37 shipping to NZ -- so about $125 -- on Amazon , with , surprise , surprise , 20-30 days for delivery !

This company seems to be exploiting anyone who was for any reason unable to find their search elsewhere. The markup is like nothing I have seen. This is for a toaster: Now: NZ $987.60, Was: NZ $1,646.00, Save 40.0% (NZ$ 658.40).. Found same product elsewhere for $230. You can purchase a motorcycle for $1600. What kind of toaster costs $987?
