I was suggested HomeHello by a colleague of mine so decided to book a 4 hour clean with HomeHello last year just before Christmas. I was really impressed by how transparent and easy the whole process was. My cleaner Joanna was absolutely fabulous. She was polite, cleaned with great attention to detail and I felt comfortable having her around my kids. After a few more cleans I've decided to book a monthly clean with HomeHello as their service has been very transparent and reliable every time. If you're thinking about hiring a cleaner, I highly recommend using this company. Thanks guys :)

Have had two cleaners. Both excellent, on time and thorough.

I've been using Homehello for a couple of months now and I really can't fault it! Morgana, my regular cleaner, is an absolute legend and she always delivers above and beyond what I expect from her. Also, I called in a couple days ago because I needed an emergency clean and the friendly staff were able to book me in for a clean the next day! Again, the clean was excellent and I came home to a sparkling house. Clean house= happy man.

What a great idea this company is on to! I've always had trouble finding a good reliable cleaner that I can depend on for a consistent service. Now all I have to do is depend on homehello to hook me up with a good cleaner... best is I can change my cleaner if I want without that awkward break-up convo when it doesn't work out. This peace of mind has gone a long way.

Cleaners: the two cleaners I've had are professionally trained. Immaculate cleaning quality. I have tried some other private cleaners and other cleaning companies before and they are no way near as to the HomeHello cleaners. HomeHello cleaners leave my house sparkling!

I am the person who also cares about consistency, and for the past year I have been using HomeHello, it ways achieves my expectation.

Everything is so easy and convenient, we literally never have to worry about taking care of the house again :) especially happy with our cleaner Morgana!!!

I was hesitant about using this service, but- thankfully- my experience was better than i expected overall.
The cleaner did an absolutely REMARKABLE job on my (in definite need of a good cleaning) kitchen, on my stovetop especially.
She absolutely paid attention to all i pointed out/ asked for at the start.
She was personable, pleasant and worked quietly, it didn't feel like an 'intrusion' as she worked.
I am absolutely satisfied and happy with the work she did and will be requesting her next time i make a booking, and would recommend anyone thinking of trying this service to ask for her.

Homehello service and prices cannot be beaten. The online booking system and email support is second to none. I would really recommend this organisation.

Everything from the checkout process to the cleaner arriving at my door to one of their customer service representatives following up on my booking (as it was my first) was perfect.

The cleaner was very experienced, friendly and professional - always catering to my needs and making sure that I was happy with each room before she moved onto the next. She managed to do an amazing job of my whole house (and I do admit I'm a quite picky person).

With such an affordable price and ease with which we can get a cleaner to come, I don't feel too guilty when I take the kids for a day out now.

I've been a regular customer with Homehello for three months and during those months, they have consistently impressed me with their experienced cleaners and good support team.
I even recommended them to my close friends, all of which are also satisfied customers for Homehello.
All in all, I'm a very fickle customer (if I may say so myself) but Homehello ticks all the boxes for me when it comes to good cleaning service.

We have a first rate cleaner from HomeHello. I honestly don't know how he gets things so immaculate, but he does. Thanks Kenneth! We had a few hiccups when he was unable to make one session and we needed a replacement. However, the staff compensated for a couple of no-shows (told in advance) with a discount on the bill. Kenneth is one of the best cleaners I have used, and would highly recommend HomeHello for an efficient, and reasonably priced service.

We've been with HomeHello for 3 months now and they have always exceeded my expectations.

The little stickers they leave behind are a nice touch to the house and the notes the cleaners leave are heartwarming to come home to!

Though our first cleaners weren't available, we were offered the next possible convenient slot for us and the cleaner was amazing. One always has reservations about in-house services but this was wonderful and I can't wait for our next appointment. I also really appreciated the variety of recurrence options - we only really need it once a month, and this hasn't been an option with a lot of other providers I've looked at. Wonderful!
