they have been fantastic from start to end, all calls were handled with great respect which is reassuring as i have severe hearing difficulties, asking them to explain things over and over was no great deal for them.

Called up this morning for some clarification, I was pleased to hear a human on the other end and not AI, everything was explained nicely and clearly.

Got a letter from them this morning telling me my agreement was all set up , and showed my bank details etc . I rang up to question this as I had never heard of them . They assured me I'd rang them 5 days previous and to check my phone records , I did and guess what I hadn't rang them at all . my concern is where did they get my bank details from . Did a company search on them and it looks like they haven't got a pot to piss in ! Avoid at all costs it's a scam of sorts .

Had a call from a salesperson telling me that my policy was up renewal . I've never had a policy with this company this is miss selling and should be reported trading standards .
Not sure what I can add to this as it is covered the salesperson from this company miss sold the policy to me by physically lying not sure if this is company policy but I will not be using this company .

Really impressed with the quality of workmanship and the tidiness of the workforce.

Had lot of works fitted to my house by Homeguard, I'm very pleased. Would highly recommend.
