Delighted my plants look great 👍 on the stand

Excellent service. One plant was unavailable so I was contacted by phone to ask what I would like as a replacement. I was unsure so they helped greatly by recommending a suitable alternative. My sister was delighted with the beautiful plants for her new conservatory. The plants were delivered promptly, safely and in great condition. Will use again.

Ordered a pot and delivery was quick and the pot was well packaged. Definitely use again.

Placed order a week ago, advised goods despatched but still awaiting delivery.

Great product for the price quick delivery would recommend 😁

I can’t comment as I haven’t received it yet

Well made, good price but needs more weight at base to make it more stable .

Am delighted with the owl - an excellent addition to the garden, which I fully recommend (especially if there are pigeons living nearby).

A wonderful addition to my yard! Too sweet.

I feel duty bound to say that there were mistakes made, and it ended up being a huge set of crossed wires. My initial reaction to the email offering me a discount was not what the supplier meant, and I can say, hand on heart, they did try to resolve this, and have actually already refunded me for the original purchase and I never asked for that, so I was wrong to publish what had happened. My original one star review was still a positive one, it's just a shame you cannot convey tone etc in an email, so thank you Richard, and my new review is based on his efforts to correct the situation. People on here know I rarely write a negative review, as our reviews are important, and I don't ever want to impact on a business in a negative way, so know this company do actually care about customer satisfaction, and will go out of their way to resolve any problems! I apologise for the confusion.

Delivery and packaging excellent. The small details on the bicycle was really good and all to scale. Would definitely purchase items again.

Excellent service and delivery date was spot on.

Very pleased with the item bought. Slight lack of communication as to whether my order had been received, as I had no acknowledgment. Would purchase from them again.

Well crafted item.Delivered on time and informative of schedule.
