From the moment I ordered it took a while to get confirmation of a delivery date. And despite me being very clear about future dates I couldnt mske they still gave me a date in the middle of when I was away, trying to communicate with them an get this changed was not possible. I arranged with a neighbour to assist. The delivery driver was unpleasant and rude to deal with, he upset my neighbour by being suggestive towards her. A very unpleasant experience for a single mother. The sofa was £500 ( delivery fee had to be paid in cash to driver which i wasnt made aware of until the driver txt me, pretty sure this was a rip off)so I wasnt expecting too much. The sofa was weird, the cushions feel like they are different material inside an sage unevenly, they don't stay or fit together very well, ive sold it on very cheap an went with a reputable retailer. Never again

We ordered 2 x single beds, with Oak Stain. We received plain pine ones and you have refused to acknowledge your fault or to supply us with Oak Stain to do the staining ourselves.
We are most disappointed.

Ordering process was easy and straightforward

Good quality product but was shocked to find that the product had been left on my doorstep. I live in town so not a good idea to just leave the product. The delivery driver didn’t even knock. The company may want to consider bringing this up with their courier?

Brilliant purchase for the price. And excellent delivery time.

Lazy delivery drivers refused to take sofas into our house and left them in the garden expecting my 8 month pregnant partner to take them in herself whilst I was at work. Customer service was useless on the phone and said someone will contact me after the bank holiday and that the drivers will not come back to take them in the house as they have a full days worth of deliveries to do which would not have been a problem if they had done their job properly the first place. Deliveries driver was rude on the phone.

the display cabinet did not match the description on the website "Broxtowe Matt Black Metal Frame 2 Glass Door Display Cabinet 4 Cube Open Storage - Riviera Oak", the cabinet is infact made of chipboard and MDF with only 1 glass door which feels too light to be actual glass.
we paid less for a solid wood drop leaf table compared to this display cabinet!!!

No issues buying, even with a different delivery address to billing address

Del was good the item was not what I wanted so email them to sort a return out very promptly reply to me offering me a collection day quite expensive item the courier let them down didn’t show up I emailed them straight away they replied next day and gave me a full refund and told keep the item for my inconvenience 😁

Sent me the wrong sofa, and now that I’ve requested a return. I’m getting no reply through email, been more than 2 days now.
