I have been looking for a particular tile for my kitchen backsplash which doesn't appear to be available anywhere, but I found it on HomeDecor. I ordered a sample just so that I could see it in person then planned to order the amount necessary for the project.
I tried calling and was a recording to leave name, and other information which I did, but never received a call back. I went ahead and placed the order for a sample with a hefty shipping of $10 for one piece of tile. I did not receive an order confirmation just a statement on the order page that I would be notified when the order shipped.
The order was placed on 2/23/2021 which my credit card was charged. I just noticed my credit card was credited on 3/2 for the same amount. I suppose I should presume that the order has been cancelled by HomeDecor without an explanation or reason for the cancellation.
I do online business very frequent, but never encountered anything like this. Terrible customer service.

This was a splurge, but I love them. The glass mosaic tile sheets I bought here were already 11% cheaper than the closest retailer (4 hr round-trip and a negative Covid test required to get there). On top of this, the site was having a sale. They were packed very securely, came within 1 week of ordering, and not a single chip or broken tile in the 10 sheets I ordered. I'd highly recommend and will buy from this site again!!

Ordered Soci Pencil Edging on a Sunday evening, and received it Friday afternoon via FedEx Ground from Soci warehouse in Texas. Emails for order confirmation, shipping notification, and delivery would have been much appreciated. I ordered but other than the charge and the order confirmation page, no idea they actually received and shipped - but they did. End of the day, I got what I wanted and in a very timely fashion. Thanks!

Awesome. I made a 1/2 inch measuring mistake and didn't have enough mosiac to finish the job. They came through and got it to me sooner than expected. Highly recommended.

I have ordered smaller amounts of tile from this place on 2 occasions. I was very happy with their service and the quality of the tile.

I ordered tile that was back ordered over two months. I finally cancelled that order and ordered something else that was "in-stock". They say orders process in 1-2 days. It has been a week and my order is still "processing". I am a trade professional and have called the Trade extension and the customer service extension...it's the same person who answers who can't seem to get me any answers. I said I would pay extra to have my tile expedited and sent overnight. She can't seem to do that either so here I sit with no tile. My contractor walked off the job! Needless to say I'm NOT happy with the service from HomedecorAZ!

I do not know what happens with my order, I need to know the status, if they do not have it, return my money, since January I have paid and I still have no response

Tried to communicate via both email and left a voicemail as to the status of the order and no response to either. When ordered it said 6-8 days. It’s been 7 and account still says in preparation. How lit does it take to prepare an order to ship??
