Placed order for 8 mosaic tiles
Placed order for 8 mosaic tiles. Got charged for 16. Small mistake I know. But then was told tiles are back ordered till mid april. Cancelled the order, credited back for 24 tiles. They changed it to credit for only 8. So still waiting for credit of $210.64
Can't imagine how they would handle a large order!

In regards to your refunds, we are showing both refunds are already processed and completed on our end. We spoke with your bank to resolve this issue and are awaiting their reply as they check their backend to locate the refund.

Thank you for communicating with us. I would like to apologize for the damaged tiles you have been receiving. I understand that it can be extremely frustrating. In an effort to resolve the high damages associated with this product, we have changed our logistic route to ensure better handling.
For replacements, we simply ask customers to send us a photo documenting the damages, so we can file a claim with the shipping companies. We have complied with sending out each replacement order for you at no extra charge. However, at this time, we are unable to refund the requested 50% off your order.

Tile arrived within a week. I haven't opened every box. the one box I opened tile was fine. Packed very well to help assure no damage.
Price was fantastic. The same tile here was $10 more a sq ft. Crazy
I got 10% off being it was my 1st order .Thanks
Can't wait to get the backsplash in my kitchen done. so excited.

Great price and shipping to Alaska, awesome
The price of this tile was fantastic, compared to what the tile places in Anchorage wanted to charge plus the high price of shipping. I was so excited to find the tile at a great price, plus the bonus you actually shipped to Alaska at a great rate as well. The tile arrived on time as promised and was packaged very well and wrapped in bubble wrap.
